Desperate one night stay only..

The premises had only a bed, like in a prison. No chairs, no shelves, no fridge, no microwave. Only a bed and soap. The staff promised coffee, but it was never brought. The deposit for key was to be paid in cash, which was returned in the morning at check-out.

The front desk was nice

There was a very strong smoke smell. Dogs barking next door to is and no one to rush them. Top blanket was gross. Sheets were clean.

I had to pay 100.00 cash dollars before I got my room for a Security Deposit, the Manager wouldn’t let me put it on my card. I went on and paid the deposit. I told the manger that I would be leaving the room at 4am Sunday morning and how would I get my deposit back he told me to ring the bell at the door, I ring the door bell several times no one answer. I had to call my friend to go to the manager office to go get my deposit.

I didn't stay there, I ask the manager/owner. I wanted my money back and canceled my room. I sign in and gave my debit card to him, then he asks for my pin number. I said " I don't give out my pin number. He said "all the customers give it to him. I said NO, then he ran my card. He said my room #202. I went to the room. Which smell really bad, like someone pee all over and it was dirty, the shower look like it never got scrub, I felt like I was in animals cage. Then came down and told him. He then said it's because it been close it need air. So then he said you can stay in room #206. I walk inside, walk out. It look like someone slept in the other bed the pillow was up against the headboard and the other bed, I pull the cover off and seen a bug, it looks like a tick. I took a picture of it. I will never ever stay there or recommend for anyone to stay. I came down and told him. I want my money back. Which I haven't received my money back into my bank account yet, I never stay the night. He said he cancel it. I've been working with my bank account. Then he made a comment to me by saying you go to stay at hotel that is heaven. Which I don't understand what he mean by that. So I told him to give me paper that has proof that you cancel my payment. I then left I got scared. I went to book a room in Suisun CA. In a nicer hotel.

For some reason, I can't download the pictures of the room and the bug that I took. I want my money back. I never stay there. I gave you back the room key/card. I work in the hospital and it doesn't look healthy to stay in that hotel. It's not clean, when I was leaving, I seen his other worker walking towards the room with lysol in his hands. I took pictures to have proof.

It was clean and a recent remodel done well!

Exterior needs updating, room has no place to hang clothes, NO artwork on the walls. Very viable stains on the duvet and sheets, bed had no foundation, just a mattress on top of a wire and spring metal box, very noisy outside from the road and other very rude customers

Location was very good, lots of placrs to eat near by. Toilet and shower where very clean. Internet connection was good

Poor

It was raining. We were on 2nd floor, the water leaked in the bathroom and in the bedroom. We couldn't used the restroom, but fortunately the leaked in the bedroom was a small one, in between the 2 beds. We didn't get a full refund.

The room was clean, it have microwave, fridge and TV, which my daughter was able to watch cuz of the rain the wireless didn't work on my daughter's tablet.

The fridge worked and it was a place to lay my head down

Location and amenities. Carpet was ruin and patchy, smoke detector visibly hardwired to a light switch, only a facecloth for showering was available, no light bulbs in the lamps, both vanity lights were a LED with wire nut to a random power wire, and the bed was uncomfortable to say the least. Also, cops arrived three times in two nights. I would definitely say it is “an experience”

Disappointing

The manager was a good guy. My husband threw a fit about the room. He did offer a new room. But we declined just cuz it was basically over and done with. My husband was just too mad for anything to be fixed.

The room was NOT what we were expecting. It was a plus having a microwave in the room.. ONLY if it was clean. U had to pay for ice.. Takes quarters ONLY. The vending machine was broken or something. Didn't have change and even tho it takes a card. It wasn't working. We went and got our own ice at ths store. The bag leaked on the carpet so when i walked with my socks on. The bottom of my socks turned brown. I just wanted a clean place to bring my husband back to after his heart tx at Travis AFB. No pets allowed. I would loved to have brought my little Chihuahua weiner mix but i understand tho. It sucked to hear the neighbor's dog barking all night long. It wasn't a service dog either. We also felt that the bathroom wasn't clean. The toilet faces the a wall less than a foot from the 🚽 and there was writing on the wall. Shower felt dirty like it was a locker room shower. Husband wore flip flops when in the 🚿.
