Pillows were flat. No full length mirror. Lightning in room was dark. Plus dogs barking in next room. I surprise that the lightning downstairs was excellent. They were great mirrors.

Comfortable Stay with Some Service Hiccups

The bedroom was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was very good — we had a mix of buffet items and were also able to order à la carte.

They didn’t offer a shower cap. The hot tub wasn't hot, and when we reported it, the staff said they couldn’t do anything because it was Saturday afternoon and no one was available to fix it. We had dinner at the hotel — the food was very good, but the mashed potatoes were not hot; they were room temperature to cold. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our stay, but when we went in the morning, we were told we had to pay. I couldn’t find any confirmation in the reservation, and the staff said that if breakfast is included, guests receive vouchers at check-in — which we hadn’t received. We had to go to the front desk to sort it out. In the end, it was included, and they gave us the vouchers, but this should have been handled properly at check-in.

A safe haven for me and my dog on the 4th of July!

I needed a clean quiet place to escape the war zone that is my neighbors of Oakland, CA on the Fourth of July! The room was clean and spacious. It had a very large television with DirecTV and a decent selection of channels. Free WiFi!! It is conveniently located right off the highway and next to a bunch of restaurants and other businesses. Pet friendly! The room had a good AC/heater! There is a small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The in-hotel restaurant had very reasonable pricing and good food. Checking in was easy.

The room had dated furniture and was oddly decorated and laid out. The pillows were AWFUL!! I couldn’t get comfortable. As spacious as the room was a couch would have been nice instead of a single, narrow armchair. The bathroom lights flickered. Very noisy from room doors slamming all day and night. Check out was more complicated than most hotels. My room key stopped working and when I went to walk my dog before bed, I couldn’t get back in my room. There is a QR code on what passes for a dresser that has a 10 page document about the hotel, the last two pages are the restaurant menu. This document has several spelling and formatting errors! Also, it states that a guest folio will be slipped under the door the last night of the guest’s stay and you can check out by pressing a “zip out” button on the phone and leaving your room key in the room. This did not happen and when I went to the front desk to check out the clerk had never heard of this and said that never happens at this location.

Don’t waste time here as it is noisy and too expensive.

Bed comfortable, tv worked, fridge and microwave in room.

First room had broken handle on toilet, phone unplugged and uncharged, paper thin walls so I could hear every word and profanity from guest next door during a very long phone call on speaker phone. I contacted front desk, no change. Asked to move or get refund. Moved to higher floor facing Highway noise. Very noisy.

They had an event going we think a wedding. There was almost no parking. We had to park behind the shopping center in the additional parking which was sketchy. At about 1030pm I called the front desk to ask when the music was going to stop so we could sleep. They said midnight. Great if you're there to party but not for travel and trying to get sleep. Then at 8am I hear a knock on the door and it’s the maid seeing if we are there. What’s the point of having those door hangers if their own staff don’t follow them.
