A wonderful trip!!!

Location. We walked everywhere. Staff was very nice and accommodating. View of the mountains was also a plus. Have stayed here 2 other times and will be back again.

I'm used to a firm bed and this one was soft,, but I've found that most places have soft beds so it's ok. I had a hard time with the stove. It was somewhat difficult to opperate and no instructions. I'm not tech savy. Overall a great place though.

Not worth the money

The bathroom was terrible, tub and fixtures old and not working properly, the entire room was not up to date and in need of paint and repair. The only thing that was in good condition was the TV and then there was not one in the separate bedroom. The road noise and parking were awful. The value for my money was not there, this place looked so nice outside but inside we were very disappointed.

This condo Unit 204 (we normally stay in 212 which is a 2 bedroom, but since it was just the 2 of us we stayed in 204.

Location and layout of condo. Plenty of parking. Easy walk yo downtown

Really just some cosmetic updates needed to be done. The sink in the bathroom and kitchen leaked when you turned on the water, should be an easy fix. The beds are really noisy due to protective coverings on the mattress. We stay I this complex every year and it’s comfortable but you can see where some minor repairs need to happen. Also most condos do not have ovens just book tops.

Room 203 is where we stayed and the mattress was absolutely horrible!! I do not like to leave a bad review. It was so bad I actually dreaded going to bed! The pillows were awful but I should have brought my own. Not sure if these are private or corporate owned now but it could use some deep cleaning and updates.

Worth it for the price

The location was perfect! walking distance to downtown. The condo itself had everything you'd need for a great price for extended time/small family, as long as you're not expecting a 5 star stay. Instructions from the host were clear.

The condo has lots of wear and tare. missing blinds, spring bed that is noisy and super uncomfortable, tub stopper didn't stay in drain position, outdated appliances. Smelled like my great-grandmother's house? she was a smoker.

Close to everything. Good water pressure. Easy to get in.

Dated, musty, mold in shower on drywall, cabinets were chippy and hung crooked. Blankets had an odor. Only 2 coffee cups for 4 people.

Pretty outdated compared to others Beds were not comfortable. Very hot at night. Didnt like the fact that our view was right over the office and we couldn’t see anything. We were in room 212. The worst thing was there was an electric cord that went right behind the kitchen sink. Very scary

If you’re looking for quick town access, a clean and quiet stay while still being budget friendly. I absolutely recommen

While still being in the town, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It is an older facility but still in very good shape. Very clean property never has any issues with neighbors or noise. Although the bed needs a new mattress desperately, it is extremely outdated and not comfortable at all. My husband had to sleep on both his sides (he’s usually a back sleeper or stomach sleeper) but because of the bed feeling the springs there was just no way he could get comfortable. The pullout couch was more comfortable than the bed unfortunately. Other than that there were no issues at all!! Would absolutely stay here again (if we know the bed is fixed 😁)

Location. About a 2-3 min walk from downtown Gatlinburg. We stayed in room 504 (5th floor obviously) you can see the pool from our room including the street that takes you into the town. Unfortunately you cannot see the Main Street in Gatlinburg but that was no issue to us. The view we had was still very beautiful.

Location is great! We rent this condo several different times but this time we were not pleased.

The sleeper sofa was broken and we had plans on using the sofa couch for our 2 grandkids but instead had to make a pallet on the floor for them to sleep. It was reported twice to the office on two different morning on our last night a cot was offer but we had made it work for two night and I told not bother we were leaving in the next morning.

Good price but Terrible place to stay

Beds were terrible. Door had been busted in so was issue getting in door, office staff rude, mold in living room and furniture was very uncomfortable. And upon arrive to room master bathroom had a former tenant used soap in show with hair on it. Nasty... all my years coming to Gatlinburg I have never been so disappointed. I will never stay again or recommend this place. My review on Google has been posted as well

The sliding glass door did not lock, the AC units were old and extremely loud. I had to turn it off over night and then it got hot and uncomfortable in the room. The shower heads need replacing in both tubs.
