Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed in the bedroom. It also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and a 2 burner range stove.

Comfortable,clean,if I had to stay longer than a night with more than one other person,I would have had more than enough of anything I needed in the room! Room as there was a Pull out couch ,dishes,silverware,room had a nice view. Walking distances to everything. Easy getting to and leaving. Had a decent pool area! More than satisfied with him my stay. I’d for sure return to room 304.

The condo is in a great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go in town. The a/c in the bedroom was leaking water, had to put a towel down for that. The water stains on the ceiling above that indicates the condo above has the same problem. The couch wasn’t very comfortable, but we didn’t stay in the condo much anyway. One of the cabinet doors had a hinge missing screws, had to be careful opening that. And the closet in the bedroom was missing doors. Would have reported it at the office but they were either very busy or closed during posted hours.
Considering we were in a vacation spot during peak season, I feel like we got what we paid for. I think adding to your staff would make it more pleasant for visitors by maintaining the property better and providing better front desk service.
