Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed in the bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove.

The stay was nice. My only concerned was that the floors were sticky and it was messy but aside from that my stay was wonderful. Front desk Management was very helpful with my concerns and accommodated immediately.

I chose this place for a month stay as it was one block from my daughter’s home when she added new baby to family. Just needed a comfortable place to sleep and a little separation for everyone. My other daughter came/shared for a week. We didn’t cook/eat much here. Microwave and 2 burner stove were adequate. I did text about slow draining sink and a toaster not working correctly, but did not hear back. Perhaps they did not get text and it wasn’t important enough to me to call. Left note for housekeeper. Heated pool was warm for a few days after it was opened for season but didn’t stay warm. I was leaving so did not question. Some paint updates in bathroom would be good.

The room was cute but it has an odor. The furniture, bedspread, and pillows smells. We asked for new sheets but had to change it ourselves. The location was good. Everything was within walking distance.
