About this apartment rental

Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums is located in downtown Gatlinburg just a little over 1 block from the Main Parkway. It's a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Mountain Mall. The complex has a heated seasonal outdoor pool with hot tub. It also offers free wireless internet. This unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed in the bedroom. It also has a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a mid size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and a 2 burner range stove.

The room was exactly as described but it needed some work. Toilet leaked, kitchen sink dripped and the fireplace did not function even though it said it would be operational when we were there.Would stay again but the place needs updating.

A very family friendly place close to the strip. We will definately stay here again.

The place was clean and nice. The only issue I had was how old the apartment and everything in it seemed to be. I my partner and I suffer from allergies and our allergies were acting up the whole time we were there due to how old and dusty the apartment felt. I’m referencing the couch and the bed sheets and the curtains in the room amongst other things.
