The room was really lovely. The mattress was super comfortable. Coffee that was provided was excellent. There was plenty of hot water. Check in/out was super easy.
No complaints except for the bed frame which was very squeaky.

I liked the responsiveness of the staff. When I had a problem I texted and they responded promptly. They also acknowledged the problem and refunded some of my money. The bathroom in the room they moved me to was awesome!
The heating element is horrible. Most heating elements turn off when they reach the desired temperature, these heating elements went from blowing hot to blowing cold. I was trying to remember the last time I had to sleep with a hood on my head and I think it was camping when I was a child! The bed frame was squeaky and I could not sit on the edge. Never saw a person just text messaging.
