Staff was great but they didn't have breakfast like they offered.
Our second night there was loud karaoke in the dining area. It did stop at 11pm so I can't complain too much, but you asked. Lol. Payback for my indescretions in my youth.

Loved how cosy it was and clean. Felt very safe
Make sure to get the top level rooms otherwise you can hear other peoples footsteps

Great location across the street from the free trolley, but we walked the short distance to town without issue. The staff were great and responded to any questions. The bed was comfortable. Towels nice.
The room had an overpowering scent of bleach when we arrived. We got used to it but we almost asked for a new room. To make matters worse, there was a spot on the floor where a sticky substance had been spilled right next to the bed. The walls are quite thin so you hear your neighbors.

The pool was nice after a hot day. Lovely mountain views. Nice to sit outside on the evening
The price was extortionate. I expected a large luxurious hotel. This is basically a motel. Tiny bathroom.
