The location, the ease of getting in/out, it was quiet, the style/aesthetic
There wasn’t any soap, the trash cans were tiny, they never came to clean our room.

Breakfast was limited. Would have liked more options. The bed was super comfy and I liked the modern decor.the receptionists were very friendly and accommodating, but the maid service was terrible. They did not clean room well and also asked for a tip!!!! Very disappointed…
The housekeeping was not good!!!! Also the insulation was poor and you could hear doors slamming and people talking.
