The breakfast was a bit lackluster but we mostly dined out so that wasn't an issue for us.

The toilet was low enough for a 2-year old.

I love the place!
First of all, we are frequent customers of your establishment. We have always enjoyed our stays with you.However, on our last stay, I forgot some expensive shirts in the closet of room #105. We stayed 3 nights, Aug 14th through the 16th. I called about retrieving the items. I was told nothing was found in the room. I know I took them to the room. The shirts could not have been missed by the cleaning staff. After calling about the forgotten items, we were told the lost and found would be checked & staff would be contacted, and we would receive a call back. We did not receive a courtesy call about clothing being left behind. This is theft and dishonesty in its truest form!!! And needless to say, lack of followup. I am a customer service professional.
This action, or lack thereof, is unacceptable.
