The location was nice and it was a good price! The pool was amazing and my kids had a lot of fun

It can be a little sketchy but people mind their business honestly. Only thing is the mattress slide a lot off the bed because of the board it’s on. My son fell off and hurt himself from the bed sliding so much.

My stay at studio 6 was not pleasant. I paid for a clean room and it was FILTHY. The floors were sticky and dirty. They definitely didn’t clean the floor. The light switches were filthy and sticky. I attempted to clean myself since I was not able to contact anyone because I checked in later in the day. The room smelled awful, like cat urine. I saw that the person next to me had at least 4 cats walking up and down the walkway. Not sure if the smell was coming from them, or prior guests.

Great stay for a great price

The room was very clean. Me and my boyfriend were traveling. Asked for early check-in, was approved for early check in. When we went to check in there was no rooms available yet, the front desk clerk still made it happen. Excellent front of house.

There is nothing that comes to mind on what could have been better. It was a fantastic stay.

Room was not entirely clean. Cobwebs on the lamp and both faucets had water spots all over. The ironing board wouldn't stay up. There was no hair dryer or coffee maker. The shower leaked water all over the floor.

Staff was extremely nice! I needed to check in a few hours before 3pm. They responded to my email right away saying “yes”! Nice room, clean, and affordable. I would recommend staying here!

The room we had was next to a bunch of tweakers who actually reside there. Blasted loud music all night, people smoking out of pookie pipes by the stairs.

Location. The bed was ok, and the shower worked.

The room was dirty. In addition it needed very serious repair: carpet was filthy, the walls had missing paint in places (??)_. The rack to hang clothes was broken, held by maybe one screw, so not usable. I was told by another person I know who stayed there that they had better rooms. But at the 3 figure price I had to pay, I should have had a good room, not one with leaves and dirt on the floor (the staff did vacuum that up, but the floor was still dirty. They nwever did mention there were better rooms. IN short I will not be back!

It was dirty, holes in walls. Nails poking out. Smellled terrible of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. Flies on bed. The pictures are far from accurate.

Don't go there

It's an 8 minute drive to the coffin creek venue.

The room was filthy and smelled bad. We asked to change rooms and got one just as filthy. There were cigarette burns on the walls and even tagging. I've stayed at this hotel before and it's really gone down hill. I didn't feel safe. Looked like half the place was acting as an apartment for the homeless.
