Room looked run down, smelled like mold to a point I decided to just stay elsewhere. Front desk guy kept asking if I was alone and if I was sure I was alone and then called and said he went to my room and didn’t see me or my stuff there which was creepy. Never will stay here again. Oh and the towels were dirty

MY GUEST,,EAS SLEEPUNG ON GHAT SPARE PULL OUT, AND HE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING UP. LOVE DTAYING HERE, BUT NOW I NOTICED A REALLY BAD DCENT IS OUTDIDD THE BUILDING 😖 TEALLY NASTY.. THE WORKERS THERE ARE LOVELY. I REALLY APPRECIATE THFIR KINDNESS. WHEN THINGS ARE FOXED, THEN I CAN HIVE 5 SRARS ALL THE WAY.

The furniture in my room was broken & chewed up with gang graffiti inside the drawers. My door was busted didn't properly close you can still lock it but it had a gap. The smoke detector cover was off you could smell cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent from time to time. $100 a night was a bit steep under those conditions. I requested a room change was told there was no availability also requested late checkout because I was waiting for my driver to arrive the morning front desk guy knocked on my door& was quite rude. They should be more understanding especially since the conditions of their rooms were of substandard. Christopher the evening front desk clerk was the ONLY ONE who was pleasant and curious upon my arrival.
