The breakfast was good. They let us play games in the lobby area.

The rooms were very small and dark. No place to sit in the room. The bed was not comfortable. Very thin towels. You had to take your towels back to the desk and get new ones each day.

Great location for freeway access. Liked there was both a microwave and a decent sized refrigerator.

The Queen rooms separated the beds by placing an island between them. Very strange when there is enough space to have placed the island somewhere else. Made it very difficult to talk to one another.

I thought it was a super nice for the price.

I wish the shampoo and body wash weren't "Press" to get it out, it took more strength than I had to press. Also, the TV didn't give enough channels.

Low price brings a few guests who don't know how to behave... Ny neighbour was locked out and tried to break her door down in the night trying to wake her partner (who wasn't actually in). Another emptied the trash from their car into the parking lot when leaving... Not the hotel's fault, but it's a bit a dampener on the experience.

Great establishment BUT one thing!

The staff is awesome, always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast is a REAL meal.

No one picked up after their pets. I had my pet, and the grounds were so nasty, filled with poop, my dog just used the street, and I ALWAYS picked up after her. They need a real dog park with grass and have a camera out there so they can monitor who all does pick up and FINE them, that's the only way to keep your grounds from looking really disgusting. It's a REAL EYE SORE AND EVENTUALLY YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES AND OTHER PEST.

Super clean, very friendly & helpful staff- shout out to Ruben- the young one working the pool & common areas- such a great, friendly, helpful person! Also, extremely accessible for my wheelchair!!!!

Perfect little stay

Location, staff was excellent, breakfast was worth it being free and included. We needed a place to stay for a couple of nights that was close to home while our house was having maintenance done, that accepted pets. This was perfect.

The whole experience was just not good.

This best western is bad. They are just bad. I had requested early check in 2 days prior to my reservation and when I called the morning of, they told me it would be possible to have one ready. Well when i showed up there wasn’t one ready, and we had watched many other parties check in hours before the normal check in time and we were not able to. Finally we got a room 20 mins before the normal check in time, so I don’t count that as an early check in. We arrived at the location at 1pm and didn’t check in until 3:40. On top of that, this hotel doesn’t have proper communication, because when I left my room to retrieve something from my vehicle, my girlfriend was changing in the room, and one of the staff entered as she was nude. He then gave me attitude claiming that the room was not ready, as if I had anything to do with that mistake made by the hotel staff. When I spoke to the manager after this situation with the employee, he tried blaming it on me, claiming that I asked for early check in and they didn’t communicate with their workers to let them know our room was now filled. He then said, he’ll offer me a bottle of water as a sorry. I’m sorry, but we get bottles of water just for walking in the building, how is that worthy of being an apology. I called to make a complaint with corporate and the first time they said the hotel staff doesn’t think they did anything wrong and that I was over reacting, and when I put in that I wanted a full refund. Again the staff claims that I was in the wrong and Best Western denied me anymore help. Saying that I need to take it into my own hands in order to get the proper compensation that I feel I deserve. That is wrong and i hope those who took the time to read my review understand that this is a very rude and upsetting experience, and I would not trust going to this hotel location or any best western.

Unfortunately I wasn’t accommodated with the reservation I expected (king bed with sofa bed) and when we got there no room is available to us that they have to look for a room that’s available. The room given to us was accessible but my expectation was to have a walk in shower for my companion easy access we got a tub with rails and seat. No hair dryer and the toilet seat was loose that could’ve have caused an accident to my companion with disability, though it was fixed after few minutes of waiting.

The breakfast was great, the room was perfect and I slept pretty well. The bed is very comfortable.

I had my room from Wednesday night until Monday, I went to the front desk and ask a young lady if the housekeeper could clean up the room and bring fresh towels. So I understand the policy about the 3 day stay and stuff, but I was there the whole time. So then the manager comes out of the office and has a very bad attitude with me. I just simply asked him the same thing I asked the girl. He told me, to bad your way to late to get your room cleaned up. So I contacted corporate about the situation and it seemed like they couldn't help me with anything. So the other nights I was in the room and had to leave and do some stuff. They still never came and fix the bed or take out the trash or anything. Very bad experience I had with y'all for the very very first time and this might be the last time I stay with y'all again. I don't need anybody disrespecting me or anything and that for the manager or anything. So if this could get back to whoever is the higher up on this, would be great. Thank you have a nice day!!

Great hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable! I loved the pool location and the overall security of the hotel.everything was fenced with access only using the key card and I felt comfortable to let my 9 year old playing hide and seek with his friends!

The breakfast could be a little better with more options. There are only 2 waffle machines and a big line formed because of it. It took me 15 minutes to be able to make a waffle for my son.
