Very decent option to explore valley

Location, comfort and breakfast was really good. Room were quite spacious, good for a family.

You still need a car to explore the area, there are not any food options in 1km radius, but u can take 3km walk to get most of options.

The room was very comfortable and so was the bed. The food was really good probably the best thing about the trip there.

The staff at the front desk were great, the bed was nice and the food was good the best breakfast you guys have everything.

I wish the bathroom came stocked with 4 towels since that’s how many people were staying in the room I had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Also we were on the first floor and whoever came into the room above us at 8 at night was really load the whole night like they didn’t sleep. It sounds like they were running up there and doing some form of WWE it was the worst night we all didn’t get no sleep. We only slept there one night but it was awful the floors are so thin. I don’t know if I’ll ever stay there again.

The elevator was not working, and when the clerk at the front desk saw I had a cane (I'm slightly disabled), he kindly carried most of my items (I took my own purse) to the second floor for me. VERY polite and thoughtful.

Fix the elevator so disabled people won't have to ask for extra help.

I will use this hotel again when in the area.

The breakfast was yummy and perfect to start the day. The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel is fairly close to El Camino Hospital and was a good price for the cleanliness and hospitality.

One of the 3 nights, I had a noisy neighbor that woke me up. Thankfully they were gone the next night. Of course, this was not the fault of the hotel.

the breakfast was fair. The hot foods were really pretty disgusting, the pancake maker was broken, the juice was broken. I am glad it was available, but I would not have paid money for it.

The only elevator was non-functional my entire stay (4 days).
