An exceptional value!

The room was clean with a microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, coffeemaker with 3 coffee servings as well as 3 decaf ones. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of soap and shampoo.

Breakfast is minimal . A pancake maker, two cereals, bananas and coffee.

The Roadway Inn is where I always stay when going to Chico!! The owners are very nice!! The only thing I have is the T.V. volume didn't work on the remote control had to turn it down on the T.V. itself.. I am very comfortable at this hotel

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Central location pretty close to restaurants and shops.

Wifi is very slow and unstable. If you are planning to work here remotely, I suggest seeking elsewhere. Breakfast is minimal.

Centrally located, minimum road noise and priced right!

Rooms were recently updated, excellent lighting, clean and comfortable

The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, possibly pancakes and coffee - and after making it, you had to carry it to your room. With cereal in 1 hand, and coffee in the other, this proved to be a challenge. We'd also like to see a grab bar in the shower.

The layout of the property was nice. We had our own little carport. They have a pancake maker in the breakfast area and wow the pancakes were good.

Although the rooms are non smoking it did smell like cigarettes had been smoked in the room at some point. It didn’t effect our stay though, still enjoyable

Comfortable, quiet, and affordable stay

The location is away from the otherwise busy street so the road noise doesn't bother you. Free WiFI was good enough to stream Netflix.

Strange that there's only 1 trash can in the entire room and none in the bathroom. Also, we have stayed at this location multiple times over the last 2 years and each time, I've notice the place looks clean, but the floors are extremely dirty with dust. On one visit we assumed the floors had ash from a fire that was nearby and it just hadn't been cleaned up. But this time, it was just dirty in that after you walk around barefoot, when you step in the shower, it leaves a dirty footprint. Also, remembering the past experience, I left my white socks on after removing my shoes and the bottom of my sock after a short walk to the bathroom and back to the desk had dirt on the bottom. I think they just need to add mopping to their cleaning regimen as the rest of the room looks and smells clean.
