Would not do it again, especially in America’s best value. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience.

Rooms were not clean at all, went in and in our room food was left in the refrigerator and stains on all the towels and on the sheets. Walked around and feet got black. In our friends room there was socks left and no toilet paper. Oh yes, there’s no shampoo or soap in any of the rooms.

One less dirtiest, hotels I’ve been into lots of noise at night time.

First room we had there was no working shower. 2nd room we had was bed. Beds were uncomfortable neighbors pounding on walls. Manager would not extend us one day more we needed before moving to permanent residence . Even when asking for toilet paper they were cheap. Stay there over three weeks 4 people in room and they hand us just one roll .... So we beg for for toilet paper? Good grief

The location is fairly nerve racking. Eye whiteness to four car accidents in one day as well as several homeless individuals that felt the need to try to open my door to my room and use needles in the parking lot

Horrible I didn’t stay this is not a safe place to bring your family. My son saw things he never should have seen!

Nothing there were druggies in the parking lot using needles in front of everyone and they keep trying to charge my card! They doubled the deposit upon arrival and refused to work with me after I refused to pay the extra deposit! I did not have pets or bad room history so I was not going to be charged double!

The amount of drugs being used in the parking lot and the amount of officers it took to get one homeless man removed from the lot with a needle hanging out of his arm!

Homeless people all over, the beds were as hard as a rock, and they gouged the prices for CSUC graduation weekend.

Staff was very receptive to our issues which should have never happened in the first place.

This motel houses a large number of homeless who treat the facility like a dump, it was a cross between Road Warriors and The Living Dead. It was impossible to sleep as the idiot above us was pounding on his floor for 2_3 hours before we moved rooms. Yet another wizard was walking around the parking lot with a samurai sword. It was a homeless crapfest.

The location

We stayed in room 202. The AC was so loud we got no sleep, cracked bathroom tiles, lumpy old mattress, dirty, dusty walls cracked. Online pool was open then 2 days before we checked in they said they just closed the pool. Looked to me like it was closed for months.

The front desk attendant was fantastic and friendly, definitely made the Inn seem very promising :)

The soap dispensers in the bathroom were both empty, and our sink was clogged. I tried to wash my hands and the water never went down from there.
