The check in wasn’t anything special. We uncovered the sheets in our room and there were cigarette burn holes in one of them. We found a Bic lighter under the bed and the door seal didn’t close all the way. Wouldn’t reccomend. Go somewhere else and spend a little bit more for a comfortable stay!

This was a convenient place to stay for us. Walking distance to Sierra Nevada Brewery which was our destination. It was fine. The floor, walls, ceiling are not straight.Like the whole place is maybe sinking or moving in some way. The staff was super nice. We slept well. It was quiet. Plenty of ice. If you want to spend time at the brewery and not drive and are not particular its okay. If they drop the rate a bit I'm sure they could get more traffic.

The room was very dirty , the beds and sheets unclean the bathroom unclean , we found two cockroaches, the tv without service and without cable connection.

Room was notably large, but the area that was clearly intended to be a lounge/living space was not usable as such. TV was about as far from the beds as was possible. Hot water wasn't hooked up to the sink, bathroom was filthy and the overall cleanliness and conditions of the room were poor. Staff was helpful and responsive in the little I interacted with them, but I wouldn't go back unless I had no other option.

Beyond awful. Beds were painful to sleep in. Deads gnats in the fridge. Dead something or other in the corners of the bathroom. Ants on the ground. Burnt holes and crunchy bits in the blankets. Front office said it was open but no one came to the desk after several minutes. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, I paid for a different hotel the second night and just took the hit financially because it was that bad. Wish I could give this place zero stars.

We asked for washcloths and received 2 dirty towels. There were cigarette burns in both bedspreads and the sheets had not been cleaned/changed before our arrival. A staff member needed to come clean the wall where I found a liquid/gelatinous stain on the wall by the kitchen sink when I checked in.

The room smelled of smoke and mold! There were stains all over the bedspread and even on the some on the sheets!!! The entire place looked like it had been repaired over and over so some of the repair work was already peeling! The towels were light brown! I mean our close smelled bad after we got home! Horrible experience. I prepaid a couple of days before my stay. The room smelled bad as I opened the door. I started to walk around and look at everything. Parts of the flooring weren’t secure. The towel hanger and toilet paper hanger were ripped out of the wall. The white towels were stained gray. There was a cockroach crawling on the bathroom door. Pillowcases had stains. And there were drawings on the walls. I went to the front office and was told that nothing could be done by them since I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and they said they would contact the Inn. The representative came back and told me the Inn denied my refund. I spoke to the front desk again and was told they would not refund me. I gave him back the room key and told him I would not be staying in a filthy and unsanitary room.

Extremely dirty, bible in the nightstand was full of black mold, floor seemed like it had never been mopped, bathroom tub was horribly stained, the whole room was dirty. There was also bed bugs in the beds.

Roaches, dirty gloor, dirty tub, broken tv, bed was not property put together, they were renevating till late and it was noisy, i called the front desk and to tell him about the roaches and he said i can c9me clean it for you and i informed him that just cleaning isnt gonna get rid of him and he was silent and didnt care.

Cockroach everywhere. Stains and the musty smell of cigarettes. Once I walked in the bathroom there were spiders everywhere and I left within 10 minutes of course I got no refund. The owner was a scammer and then as I looked around outside I noticed all of the women on drugs sneaking into rooms one at a time. Definitely a drug ring

Classic motel style but dirty bed sheets. one bed with blood stains, looking "fresh", heavily stained towels. Carpet filthy. Drugged people in the motel. Felt not save. If we wouldn't have been so tired we would have left. Can't recommend it.

The room was nice, just as in the photos. As of June 2024, the Bed spread was new. The room seemed to have been renovated somewhat recently. Cable channels were good.

Guests who booked online were given rooms behind the main motel, dirty floors, no carpet, bugs crawling around. At night, the flood lights over the 6 rooms were swarming with flying insects, a lot of them in our rooms if we went out at night. This room was by far was the worst room we have ever stayed in.

Never got the wifi working in spite of two visits with computers to the office. No cups or glasses, but the microwave and fridge worked fine. Hole was punched through wall in the bedroom. Hard to regulate AC, but it worked.

There were bugs in the bed and in the bathroom. The towels, bedsheets, and pillow cases looked unwashed. The mattrice had no fitted sheet and when we peeled the top sheet back to look for more bugs the mattrice itself was also disgusting. I had to go find another place to stay that night because it was that gross.

Was away from my room for one night and came back to a half drank Gatorade bottle, half a pack of crackers, and half eaten string cheese in the fridge, when I had nothing in the fridge previously. All of my toilet paper was taken and my bed was messed up when I made it before I left. Cleaning service didn’t show up until four days into my stay but I was already leaving and when I walked into my room to get my stuff, I almost threw up from the smell of the stuff in the trash can. Never saw a single employee the whole time I was there even when I rang the bell multiple times.

Checked in and was quick. Nice guy. Cigarette burns on bed comforters… don’t know when the last time the towels where washed…. We got free plastic forks . Nice appliances. Bathroom could use a little work

This property was nothing like the pictures online. The towels & pillowcases were dull grey to dark grey. I returned them to the manager and he had trouble picking through the supposedly clean laundry to find replacements that were acceptable. The first 2 he offered had what looked like blood he insisted it was nail polish. There were no amenities. We could not get the tv to work on 1st night. Next day I asked him how to operate it and he told me then we could at least watch it. I asked for an accessible room as I’m older and can’t get in and out of a tub room had a tub. I requested a king single and he said he didn’t have one available gave us 2 full beds so we had to sleep separate. No restaurants in walking distance.
