the couch bed was filthy and they didn’t have any extra bed sheets. long black hairs in the bathroom, I asked for an iron and they brought me a broken one

I love this hotel. The staff truly goes above and beyond all my expectations. I would live here if I could.

Neither burner on the stove in room 108 works; the light above the stove doesn’t work… just a few little things. (-:

Overall I was pleased. I thought the rate was a little high based on the location and property.

Check in staff was great. I was in a time crunch and they helped me.

It was very unsanitary, it hadn’t been cleaned for sure there was hair all on everything, very big noticeable stains on couches from stuff being spilled also on the sheets and our toilet overflowed

It was not what I expected for what we paid.

We liked the location, multiple entrances and pool.

We did not like cobwebs in our room, chips stuck in pull out couch, fire pit not working, never any napkins out for breakfast

I wouldn't stay again.

They didnt have the bed in a bag in the rooms for the pullout couch. They said they didnt have any clean rags. Not enough towels in the rooms. Room were not clean enough. Bed didnt have a fitted sheet. That's all I can think of at the moment

My room was not clean. There was food crumbs on the floor. A plastic razor cap was left on the sink. The sheets had not been changed on the bed.
