Some of the towels in our room were stained, there was an old wash cloth left behind in our bathroom, bathtub could have been cleaner. Some areas in the room could have been cleaner.

Comfortable bed, clean room

There was only a small soap dish in the shower to try and put my shaving cream and razor on. No other shelves in the shower to help with tolietres brought from home or to assist with shaving.

Location, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable beds, looked clean.

Room had a smaller window and felt dark. Found a couple of things that made me wonder if had really been cleaned well, like the bathroom door had something sticky on it. Had a hard time figuring out how to use the TV, such as changing channels, determining what channels were available, and programming information. I never did figure out how to adjust volume. Overall a good experience with some minor observations. Except, the price also seemed quite high for what the hotel was.

Great hotel close to all restaurants and stores.

The whole facility smelled great from the time of entering and the room was very clean.

The pool was salty if the water from the pool got on your lips. I don’t know if it’s from too much chlorine in the pool or what but other than that it was a nice pool with color changing lights in it.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. And very close to the hotel (walking distance, 200 meter) there is a restaurant, the Springfield Grille, where we had an excellent dinner. Breakfast in the hotel was okay.

Need a sign closer to street, drove right past. Sign sets in too close to building & can’t see for trees. Wasn’t looking up on building, too much traffic.

Superb

I was traveling with a friend for a conference and we stayed here for two nights. We both slept extremely well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very quiet, the AC worked well and wasn't loud, and the blackout shades worked well. We appreciated not having to go out for breakfast and there was more than enough choice The manager, Teri, was very accommodating and helpful. The location was back from main traffic artery, but the hotel was still close to everything. The room was clean and large. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We chose this hotel over others because of the pool and were quite disappointed when we arrived and were told that the pool was closed.

The phone service and internet was out and made check-in impossible. Thought there should be a manual system available.
