Best Western Plus Boardman Inn & Suites

Room was not up to cleanliness standards. Weird mold in the refrigerator, centipede in the shower. I was also located directly adjacent to the cleaning room closet which woke me up every single morning due to how loud it was.

We have stayed at this property several times; each time we come to the area. The rooms are always clean, coffee fresh and staff very accommodating.

I booked through Booking.com. Paid $1032.57 through Booking.com and then was charged by BW $1132.60. This needs to be corrected

The location was good and so was breakfast. It was clean and the room was spacious.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the only reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. The website AND the information available in the room said it was open until 10 but they closed at 9 right when we were going to it. The girl at the counter said 10 was summer hours. We were there in September. We were all disappointed. We could have stayed at another hotel for $50 less if we had known they were closing the hot tub an hour earlier than stated on everything.

The lobby and hallways were clean as was the room. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good.

The beds are a little uncomfortable, but that's about it.

We were happy with ever aspect of our stay.

The property is located very close to all the amenities, a short drive away from the Mall and all shopping areas. Not to mention around the corner from several food facilities. It was very clean and feels newly built. Staff was friendly and air con was very helpful during the heatwave. Bed was very large as was the room, felt clean and spacious.

Everything was great, only thing I’d say was to keep on top of cleaning the bathroom facilities a bit better as shower curtain was dirty (:

The free breakfast was better than expected! The staff was very good! The Exercise Room was decent! The rooms & bathroom were very nice.

It seemed all of my four pillows on my bed were like marshmallows. I prefer a more firm pillow. However I slept great since I was really tired!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool area. It’s indoor and extremely hot. We wouldn’t stand to sit in there. It echos HORRIBLY. otherwise, this hotel is an excellent place to stay.

We were in town for family wedding and 8 of us wanted to play cards at the hotel. There was a perfect table and chairs in the breakfast area but we were told we couldn’t use it. We didn’t see any reason to be denied. Very disappointed.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Pleasant disposition. The room was clean it had a nice smell. Comfortable bed. I will definitely stay at a Best Western again.

The toiletries were little tiny bottles.

The i'm comfort that was one of the best.I've felt all of the other hotels.I've ever stayed at made me feel uncomfortable.

We asked for an ADA-accessible shower, and it fell short with a small tub and a single-hand railing. The breakfast room was overcrowded and on the louder side, so ended up skipping breakfast most of the stay

I stayed on the first floor and whoever was in the room above, we could hear them running and jumping all night and morning, the worst experience I have ever had here.

The pool and spa. The pool had kids running and jumping in going from the pool to the hot tub visa versa. While we were in. They both need painted or something. Looks bad. Jets didn't work on the spa.

You have to take your towels to front desk to get new towels! They don’t empty garbage from room to room! Room cards lost their magnetic to be able to get back into room or into building! Should have more variety for breakfast

The location was great! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff.. Absolutely impeccable! Allie, Sara, Mariah, and Dee were not lazy with requests they were prompt and happy to be of any help!

The bed, upon my arrival and pulling the blankets back, had hair on it. Long brown curly hair and rally small brown hairs on one bed, and the other bed had yellowish stains on the comforter (like why,? How??). The hot tub was broken Nand the pool closed an hour before the signs said it would... The place felt like a $50 motel. But they charged $120-$150 per night. The breakfast was the exact same every day. Folded eggs with cheese, potatoes, and sausage. No bacon ever I couldn't beileve it. The water doesn't wash the clothes well AT ALL . Too many issues, i actually uninvited my family and cut the stay by a day... I voiced my concerns to the night guy who basically said that I should have called first... yeah, right like they'd tell me that my bed sheets would be dirty over the phone?? I will not ever be back but I'd love to hire the staff to come and work for me someday! I am almost sure something was biting me! If not for your amazing daytime staff, you guys would have 1 star maximum!
