Check in was quick and polite. Questions answered with kindness. Food was fresh and warm. The room was clean and updated. I’ve stayed for twice the price at less desirable hotels. I would 110% recommend to anyone!

First off, they charge a $75 pet fee. So please be aware of this before bringing your 4 legged family member. We called ahead and spoke to someone at the hotel and we asked about bringing our dog and asked about a fee and the individual adv there would not be one. We explained this to the front desk agent but they did not honor this. Hotel room was okay, basic room. The TV remote did not turn the tv on or control volume, which was annoying. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre and crowded. Only about about 7 tables in the breakfast nook.

The staff was friendly and the stay was very nice from the rooms to the breakfast and the little extra touches at the hotel were great.even the house keepers were friendly and helpful and smile goes along way after traveling all day.Will definitely stay here next time we're in town.

The staff was really good and you could tell the rooms had been recently upgraded. They were painting the outside of the building while I was there. My two challenges were about the TV remote and hot water. The TV might have been a smart TV but it was hard to operate and I could not get hot water. Otherwise a good experience.

It was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and dining area was clean. The pool could have been heated, but we managed just fine.

My sister and I were in a section of the hotel that had dogs in rooms. We are ourselves pet owners, so we have no problem with animals. but the room nest to us had a big dog that often barked, even during the night and early morning. We informed the front desk three times, but nothing was done about the issue.We were also disappointed with the very limited breakfast offerings compared to the past. We stayed here three years ago and had a very pleasant stay, but we will most probably not stay at this Hampton Inn again.

The hotel was recently remodeled which was nice. The night attendant Jay was wonderful. We did have a few issues. We pulled out the sofa sleeper to discover used sheets and chicken bones.. the wifi was nonexistent and i had to use my.phones hotspot to watch tv. The pool was.cold and murky. There also was a little league team that spent most of the evening running up and down the hallways and stairwell.. another downside was 1 ice machine, it was on the 1st floor , we were on the 3rd.

this is a location for when tournaments are played so during those times very if any parking may have to park at another hotel and walk. microwave has to be moved in order to work and someone forgot to vacuum.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. The first night our thermostat did not work so in the morning we got moved to another room. The other room had BED BUGS. They offered to give us another room but the other room smelled like smoke and we did not feel comfortable staying there so we left and checked into another hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfy. They were remodeling the first floor so the front desk made sure we were on the top floor away from noise, which I’m pretty sure my kids were loud as is…sorry. Great customer service as well!

Check in was quick. I was early so room was not quite ready. I enjoyed a cookie and coffee while I waited. Bed was comfortable with a great choice of pillows. Peeked at the pool but it didn't look inviting. Water was a little cloudy. Refrigerator in my room had previous occupants leftovers in it. Breakfast was great. Several choices,: juices, coffee, sausage, potatoes, omelette, breads, fruit, waffles and oatmeal.

We have an affinity for Hampton Inn when we need to travel for business or are looking for a location during a multiday car trip. I have to say the staff at this location were friendly and helpful. Doing their best. However, I was taken aback by the high nightly price for this accommodation. The hotel, though conveniently located, was smaller than expected and had limited amenities. I felt even more dissatisfied with the accommodations when we arrived, given the nightly price. The hotel clearly needs renovations, and while we did see work being performed, our accommodations were under par. The room smelled of old feet, hair, and clothes. It smelled dirty. The rug was worn at the entrance to our room. The bath has one sink for two people - certainly not up to the standard expected in 2024. The hallways were cluttered with used chairs. The pool had a dirty appearance- we don't know if it was from wear and tear or algae. I certainly would not have paid $275 (and one room was $410!) a night for this hotel again. Hopefully whatever renovations are happening will bring this location up to its asking price.
