The location is near restaurants…Perkins across the street but others as well. The breakfast is many choices and attentive lady. It’s clean and lots of towels and a helpful front desk woman. She helped us with the AC. Good choice!
Fan in the bathroom is noisy and signage in the hallway for ice would help.

Proximity to golf courses of Avalon
Unable to sit anywhere outside with a chair. I was told we couldn’t open poolside door. Room 122 had musty/ damp smell.
