We needed a clean, safe place to stay for 2 nights; your property sufficed.

Our room was ok; really just the basics. It sufficed for a good price. Decent breakfast, although some bread / toast / english muffins / bagel options would be nice.

The furniture was a bit dated. We also did not particularly appreciate the adjoining room door within our room to the next room (yes, it was locked). It allowed more sound to travel into our room from the adjoining room. Would rather not have that it we come to stay again.

Nice hotel, but bed needs help.

Compared to our last visit, the coffee station was much improved, the breakfast was much improved, the heater in the room was great and the room was clean, as before!

The bed has a metallic base and there was a metal sound every time one of us shifted or turned over. Half of the time it woke us up. After both of us having trouble with getting sleepy on our 10 hour trip home, we realized that we both didn't have a restful night sleep. I think wood bases would be better. They absorb sound better. I hope you can find a solution to this issue soon, because we like staying at your hotel.

Decent for sleeping we was only there for a few hours since we checked in pretty late

I was that it was close to royal palace that’s where we had an awards ceremony and it wasn’t far from a lot of breakfast places.

The bed sheets were dirty and the fridge was kind of broken

Strange manager

The manager ( middle eastern man )lightweight stalked the guests throughout the day, asking if they presented their identification when they checked in, and if they paid for their room. I dont understand what the purpose of this interaction with the guests was about. Also, when my friend, a registered guest went to find the ice machine, the aforementioned manager told him to give him the ice tub and that he would fill it as the guests were not allowed at the ice machine. I am 63 years old, and have stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this is the first one to ever have this rule. Very strange individual

My one night stay was great!!

Convenience of location was very close to the Camaro Faĺl classic car show at Summit Racing we attended with my car and was pretty close to fast food/restaraunts for us to get something to eat, clean room and my camaro was closely watched on security camera which helped me sleep that much better.

After I swiped door card to get into room, door wouldn't open properly unless you gave a real hard push to get door to push away from door frame catch, please fix this issue as nobody should have to shove a door open in order to get into their room.

Cheap hotel that charges a $100 deposit to stay there and returns funds 1-3 days later.

It was ok.

The best thing about this refurbished hotel was the fact that Bob Evans Restaurant was 5mins away. Staff responded quickly when I reported desk chair was broken on arrival,changed it out. Close to freeway. Room was clean/comfortable.

Only the Main entrance gave you entrance back inside. Other entrances only let you exit. So it was a trek with the dog. Also had to pay $100 deposit for any damages. Waiting for its return to my acct. Breakfast consisted of prepacked pastries, prepacked juices, and granola bars. Cereal,waffles,oatmeal,apples. Would have liked a bench outside to sit with the dog.

Good value for a highway rest stop

Good value for a rest stop on a long drive. Decent rooms and fairly clean overall though bathroom was a touch grimy albeit updated. Location is right off a highway but we had a room on the opposite side so noise was NOT an issue for us.

Property is right off the highway and parking lot had broken glass and miscellaneous equipment. You have to climb a flight of stairs so might be a problem if you have luggage or mobility challenged.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had room on the main floor so not sure about the stairs or access to the second floor. Breakfast was good, microwave breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Not fancy but enough for our needs. Room was clean and we loved that there was tile instead of carpet.

Not really a “dislike” but just for information…. There are not extras in the room like a coffee station and it would have been nice if the mini fridge had a freezer to refreeze our ice for our cooler. But considering how nice the rest of the hotel was and the reasonable price this was not a problem.

I booked a last minute room at this location. The night staff were very friendly and joyful. Overall a great place right off the highway. 👍 I WOULD RECOMMEND 100.

My stay was good, but not the best.

The room was right by the middle door and it was easy to get in and out of. The room was more or less clean. The TV worked well, and the bathroom was clean.

The mattress was too hard and the metal frame would make a sound as though I was kicking it every time I got in and out of the bed.

Nice hotel at a bargain price

The hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was also quiet and honestly love that bare floors over carpeted. Beds were comfortable. Affordable price for the location and hotel overall.

The bathroom was too small. The room was too hot and had to turn off the unit to get the room to cool so it became chilly in the sleeping hours. Parking lot entering the area needs a lot of attention.

Exceptional

The staff had a family atmosphere and were available and extremely helpful. They had security in the parking lot and the location was large enough for a big truck. The beds were very comfortable and the room was CLEAN! It was also conveniently close to the major highway. In the morning, the breakfast that was included had variety and was delicious.

People will tell you that it was not new construction. This is true but the remodeled areas were spot on! Excellent job!!!
