The rooms desperately need updating. The sofa is worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The curtains were ripped up. The shower curtain had tears in it. The pillows need replacing because they’re completely flat and lumpy. The toilet ran constantly and the shower dripped non-stop the entire time. The trash can in the kitchen needs to be bigger. There are no ice buckets so you have to use a plastic bag to hold up to the ice machine and get it. For some reason the fire alarms went off multiple times, and the 3rd time they tested it without warning any of the guests, so it caused confusion. The tv doesn’t work half the time and doesn’t show the correct thing that is on the guide. The phone doesn’t work in some of the rooms either. The people in the room above in town for construction, coming in and out all hours of the night, had no regard for the people below them either. Didn’t get much rest for constantly being woken up by them dropping heavy objects on the floor. You could also hear loud noises in the hall at night. Not sure if they have a gas leak or something because you constantly smell gas on the first floor. Asked for a vacuum to clean our room and never received it. I was trying to help out the only 3 reliable housekeepers that they have by cleaning our own room during our almost 2 week stay. We did get clean towels and sheets so we could change them ourselves. Doesn’t look like the tile in one of the bathrooms has been cleaned in forever. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and this was by far the worst stay. We do appreciate the manager helping us on the last night for our troubles. We definitely expect better from Marriott and being Bonvoy members as well.

The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was close to shopping and restaurants for out of towners. The breakfast each morning was nice and hot.

The exercise room needs to be updated. The elliptical did not even work. No hand sanitizer in the exercise room or anything to wipe down the equipment after use which is unsanitary at this point. Most of the hand sanitizers around the hotel did not work.

Everything was great! Great service reps. Excellent breakfast.

The only thing that gave me a little concern was bathroom towels were only replaced once over three days and bedding not at all but that was a small thing. Other than that, 10/10.

We booked a bedroom but got a suite. Booking a bedroom on Booking.com does not ensure it will actually be a bedroom. They are the same price, just don’t bet on getting the separate bedroom if the Inn is full.

Clean, pet friendly and the staff was great.

I love the breakfast and the lady who was preparing it was super nice. The rooms also were clean and loved that it was a suite. The chaise couch was amazing. Negative: I chose this particular Hotel because of the beautiful pictures of the pool. We got a way for a weekend stay and just wanted to relax all afternoon by the pool, but to our dismay, DID NOT GET TO, because the pool was down. It would have been nice if this would have been stated online when we made our booking.

THERE WAS NO POOL AVAILABLE and it is the only reason we chose this particular hotel!

It was in a nice location.

The couch bed was broken, I called the front desk, they didn't have anyone to come fix it, couldn't move us to a different room. At checkout I told them I would like credited some money and they did nothing. They also charged me 45$ more dollars than what I had reserved it for. Customer service sucked will not stay there again.

The website promised a hottub inside of the fitness center and when we arrived it had been shut down for years. Literally the only reason I picked this one was the jacuzzi. T

Great location. Breakfast was very nice. I had a special request for decaf coffee and the female employee was very happy to accommodate me.

It would be good to get updated with Booking.com and let them know that you are a pet friendly facility. No problem for some, but our family has severe allergy issues that made it difficult. No other rooms available in city.

The only thing anyone MIGHT not like about this facility is the A.C. Units seemed to be louder than most. It really wasn’t a problem for us, but I did wake up once or twice thinking a train was going by not far away.

The room was big. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom looked a bit dated but was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, close to many restaurants.

It was easy to get to and find. A lot of restaurants to choose and several within walking distance if you should choose to. Plenty of parking areas.

There wasn’t anything about this property that I would complain about.
