Clean room and beautiful facilities. Play room was fun and the little side pond was nice and relaxing.

Difficult to find parking

I liked the room and the hotel in general. clean and the space was new. beds were ok, not the best, but good enough. Charging $6 for water in the hotel was a little much, but at least it was available.

I purchased the breakfast in advance. I had no idea that I would have only a few options (breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, yogurt, or bagel) to choose from, although there was a larger menu available. I also didn't know that service was limited or would be so slow (only one person working breakfast). It was off-putting for me, but then I had to sit there and listen to so many more awkward conversations between other guests and the person working in the restaurant. The guests were all getting upset by it. Literally everyone who came to the counter needed the blunt/terse explanation regarding the limited choices ("what you get" conversations) and I had to listed to everyone comment on how weird it was. The unintended consequences...probably are more important. I won't stay at the hotel again as a consequence. It was literally the most interaction I had with staff, and it didn't go well. Not necessarily about the staff, but the situation. Another consequence, I have learned my lesson and will probably never buy anything extra in advance again.

The parking fees were waived. The lady that serves the breakfast was very friendly. We stayed in a room with two queen beds for that is perfect for family of four 😍

Only 1 guest washing/drying machine.

Plenty of plugs for devices to plug in. The right weight bedding for comfort. Pillows were squishy nice. Room furniture was exceptional in looks and comfort. Nice luggage station. Could open windows for fresh air. Very clean carpet on the floor.

Location was perfect, smelt really good

- Initially the room had dirty pillows with a small stain and hair on them. The problem was promptly resolved. - The room has no climate control. The air conditioner can be set to warm or cold mode. It's a small problem. - The cafe downstairs is open for limited hours. But there are quite a few good places nearby

Everything about it was clean, bed, towels, toilet, though amenities were scarce, you could refill your jugs with a water dispenser at the ground floor. We also loved the gym, the family area & patio. We also like the tv bec it can hook you up to your own Netflix account among others.

Perhaps there can be more convenience stores that are located nearby. Perhaps a Safeway the area just like a Starbucks that was within reach.

The room was very clean and quiet

I went to the bar to get a glass of wine and it appeared very disorganized and food and dishes all over the place. It made me feel like it was dirty and I didn’t want to eat there.

Small parking spaces. Menu needs work. Appears antiquated.

The afternoon/evening bistro cook was extremely overloaded with hungry guests. Remained focused, courteous and worked really really hard. Truly commendable. The front desk person came to help when possible.

Just to be nitpicking and trying to think of something negative…..not a great tv set by today’s standards.But it worked and everything else 5 stars!!!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Everything worked more-or-less as expected.

Shower and curtain were challenging, had to fight curtain throughout to keep water from spraying out. Did not like having to pay $10/day for parking. Prefer hotels that offer free breakfast service. Overall, felt overpriced for the quality and services. Will not return.

The food at the Bistro was excellent. The service was timely and friendly.

The room could have been more spacious, but it met our needs.

The restaurant was closed on the weekend during our stay. The man that check us in went out of his way to make sure we had everything that we need to be comfortable during out stay.

Staff was very pleasant. Location was good close to the freeway and food.

The pressure from the shower head could have been better.

Great updates lobby. Friendly check-in staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Fast EV car charge, 3 EV charging options. 2 cars can charge at once.

Rooms are a little outdated. But I’m just reaching to find something to write as a con. It was a great stay!
