Great place, clean rooms and friendly staff.

The staff was warm and welcoming and friendly.

I thought the breakfast was included based on what the staff told me but the way they spoke about breakfast didn't tell that it was just an in house starbucks where I had to pay for my food/drinks.

Our patio door got stuck and we got locked out and the front desk had to come in our room and let us back in from the patio

Everything else was great. Comfortable beds and room was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We purchased breakfast and it was hot, tasty and plentiful. Coffee was hot.

More shelving in the bathroom. The silly glass shelf above the toilet is ridiculous. If you use the handtowels on the rack above it you knock the tissues off. It isn’t big enough to put anything on.

Great hotel, but air freshener should be reduced

Hotel was decorated well, 24 market, nice Cafe for breakfast and dinner. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Didn't use it but there is an awesome gym. Comfortable bed. Overall a very nice hotel.

There is industrial strength air freshener throughout the lobby and it is extremity strong. I liked the scent but after about 10 min it almost makes you nauseous. It carries throughout the floors so you cannot really get away from it. I would recommend the hotel reduce the level of scent.

Clean room and facilities but bathroom shower head stationary. Hard to reach. No handheld and toilet very low. Water out of shower very low pressure. And very little room for makeup etc on small faucet area. Bed was too hard too couldn’t sleep well

location close to venue for wedding

When I went to check-in it was 3 pm and none of the rooms requested were ready. When we arrived, there were 20 people in line and only one person working to check people in. No one's room was ready. It took over 45 minutes to get a room. Once we got to the room the keys did not work. We still had to shower and get ready for the wedding and be down by 4:30 pm. We were on a tight schedule because we were informed that the shuttle was leaving at 4:30 for the wedding. When we got to the lobby a little before 4:30 we were told the shuttle had actually left at 4:15. The only reason I even stayed at the hotel was for the shuttle service to the wedding. I had booked a different hotel prior and changed my reservation just for that service.. We ended up having to drive anyway. It was one snafu after another. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced.
