The shower didn’t drain properly so I was literally worried it would over flow due to being a standing shower. Beds are definitely hard. Door to the room didn’t shut properly and my kids were freaked out by that.

Affordable, comfortable and clean hotel to rest

We needed a comfortable and affordable hotel to rest during our visit to Disneyland, and we made the right choice! We arrived on Friday and left Sunday. The staff was kind and friendly, the room was clean and had everything we needed, and the refrigerator was very useful. They have coffee in the office, vending machines for drinks and snacks, and free ice. The location is also great; there are restaurants and shops nearby, and it's only 15 minutes from Disneyland on the same avenue, for sure this will be our choice for future visits.

It was close to restaurants.

Room felt moist the bed and blankets were all damp. The towels in the room still had stains and hair from other people in the fabric of the towel. No refrigerator or working ice machines on the entire premises.

It has a pool. Didn’t like that it was near the street and all vehicles on the road could see, but kids enjoyed being in the water after a long day at knotts berry farm.

The staff was not very friendly. I guess they are just doing their job but it didn’t seem that they enjoy it.

Won’t be staying there again

It was quiet enough

We had to beg for the room we reserved then got a smoking room after telling the staff we are allergic. No hot water in the morning. Fortunately we showered the night before

I liked that everything was about 20-30 minute drive from my destination

The AC didn’t work that good didn’t cool down the room. The restroom made noise and the TV kept losing signal and its only local channels. Police presence and homeless walking at night

It was clean everything was fantastic except the manager. She is very rude and not accommodating at all.

The manager has a power trip issue and was not accommodating at all. She was also very rude to a friend of mine who had a room here as well. Oh and the showers are horrible!! No fridge.

I made my reservation a month in advance. I was told at check in that my room request was not available. Instead I got a room with cockroaches on the wall and silver fish in the bed sheets and the room smell as it had been freshly painted and the plumbing in the bathroom shower didn’t work properly! Do a better job Flor !!

It was a pleasant stay, met my expectations and provided what was needed for the night.

Staff at check-in was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She explained all policies and was even helpful with some questions about the local area.

Staff was less friendly at check-out and seemed less knowledgeable. She seemed irritable and frustrated about something before I even approached the desk to check-out. Room could use some fixing up as well.
