Simple, Clean, Cozy.

The staff is great and kind. They have a pool that is great for the the summer, can’t wait to try it. Clean and open property.

Room 103 had a bad tv but other than that every other room and experience was great.

Location

Wasn’t clean found some pubic hair in the sink. Look like someone shaved their genitalia. If you look at all the reviews you can tell most good reviews are fake. They are posted more than once. No reason for this motel to have 8 rating.

Not worth the money spent

Tiny place, very old uncomfortable bed. No coffee maker. It amazes me how these places are never really clean. I di t feel it was worth nearly $200. Im not happy that it was via booking.com. once again unexceptable.

Very terrible bed. No coat hangers at all. No coffee maker and no coffee available on property. Very dirty shower curtain. Just not worth what I paid. I should have went to a motel 6.

Regretful adieu

Staff said the room smelled of smoke at checkout. We only smoked outside, in the car, in front of the room . We’ve been here a number of times and this being the second time they’ve made this claim, they put us on their “Do not rent” list. It’s too bad because I liked this hotel but hey, they’ve got a business to run and if they didn’t like the smell of the room, no matter how it got stinky, I get it.

The neighbourhood seemed safe, lots of Korean shops, market and fast food close by.

The AC/heater was extremely noisy and the reception staff not friendly at all.

anyone that books a room YOU better read the comments on this facility . before booking

is their was 0 to 10 I would rate them 0. the facility new they had a bug problem I have a small child and a service pet that I will not put their health in jeopardy. this property refuses to give me my money back because of their own bug problem. when I asked to check in early she said the hotel was closed and walked away .

Spend a bit more & stay somewhere else

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was close to the place we were going to.

For starters, it didn’t feel clean. We had a semi dead cockroach in our room the first morning. The place also doesn’t feel like a motel/hotel. There was only one trash can, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, no outlets near the bed, and there were no towel bars in the bathroom. The main door didn’t have the usual door guard so I didn’t really feel safe. To top that off, there was someone banging on one of the doors right next to us in the middle of the night then not too long after, received a call from the front desk asking if we had a certain car as we presumed either got hit or broken into as we saw cops. Not a great area or place to stay, especially for the price.
