Cheap. Near Disney.

Room 206 reeked of smoke. Was told it was all non-smoking property. Room could us updating/maintenance. Told no other rooms available. We paid non-refundable 3 night stay. We left after 2 hours and didn’t stay any of of our nights (and booked ANOTHER reservation elsewhere for same days/nights).

Got some disruption of rest, as I have to sometimes stay up all night, had to move my car unexpectedly where I had trouble finding parking in the neighborhood. Next time a notice a day or two earlier would be excellent.

Very good Motel and owners/staff and customer service.

The owners take pride in their property and maintain it well. They work hard to maintain cleanliness as well. The property has a strong mortar and steel fence surrounding it for security. The owners are very friendly and helpful and customer service is excellent.

I didn't like the location. On Beach Boulevard, a very busy, noisy road day and night. All rooms face Beach Boulevard. I am noise averse and a light sleeper. I realize that the owners are not responsible for the noise. The Booking.com question was "How was my stay.". If not for the road noise I would have rated it as Excellent.

Amazing helpful staff, clean sheets and towels, no kind of “bugs” - I’m always worried about that, and there was no such problem at all.

We got a room with windows to the highway and me being a light sleeper, the noise from cars wax a bit challenging

A roadside motel experience

The price and location was good.

The bed was very uncomfortable, also it was moving around and making a lot of sounds. It was very noisy during the night like there were no walls at all, you could hear every passing car clearly. The sink was in the room, the towels were dirty. I guess for this price I can not expect anything else.

The owner is a very pleasant guy, hands on and does care about the place and customers.

The general location is not the best, lots of road noise but there was no noise or issues from the property. Bed was too hard for me. Place is dated, some of the furnishings should be tossed out. It was $100 for a night, cheap compared to the rest of the area, but a lot of money for what the place is overall. Needs a deep cleaning but safe and not infested with anything, just and older building.

Not a safe feeling environment

Close to the parks

Cockroaches in the room the toilet started overflowing and I called for a plunger at around 10 o'clock at night and got yelled at by the front desk person for calling so late they initially refuse to give me a plunger and I had to argue with them as there was water spilling onto the floor. We also had two different instances in four days were a random unknown man tried to walk into our hotel room. The beds were also so disgusting. We had to go out and purchase our own sheets.

Interesting stay

It was a decent price for being only 15 minutes from disneyland. the ac/heat worked well. decent sized bed

right on a main road, the shower was very short, blankets were very thin, and you could hear other rooms showers/sinks. the manager also made it difficult for us to leave without writing a review at the time of our departure even though we were in a rush, very insistent on us writing a 10star review before we left the property.

Doesn't get any better

The BEST motel experience I have ever had!!!!! It was very well maintained and the cleaning staff comes around at least every other day which is rare. Dilip Patel (property manager) is always very polite and attentive to every detail of the entire stay. Property is very well maintained with constant attention given to the the curbside appeal by the staff. If planning a trip in this area whether it be for 1 day or an extended period of time (I have been here for 5 months) I highly recommend this place not only for the property itself but for the staff as well!!!!!!!!!!!
