I would not stay at this location again.
The free water in the lobby. The lobby was nice and clean.
The Bristro was closed for two days. The ice machines we down. The equipment in the work out room was not working. No one on night shift would answer the phone when calling the front desk. The fresh market was way too expense.

We got charged 2 times and the staff refused to fix it. Weren't able to do all of the things we had planned because they took more money. They charged daily for parking which we didn't know until we got there.

I was here for a funeral and to visit my nephew that's in the hospital for a transplant surgery. And the staff was so amazing, I'm 99 years old and they really went all out for me. I felt at home and safe . I'm from Buffalo, NY I'll definitely stay again on my next visit and recommend to all of my friends.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. This was one of the best hotels in the world my opinion.

Room was beautiful, staff was FANTASTIC, and felt very welcome from everyone
I wish parking were less expensive, but it was reasonable for the area it was located
