Our property is perfectly located for easy access to a number of great shops and restaurants.

Here are some details for your reference:

Kitchen - It has a coffee pot with tea/coffee that we provide complimentary! Also, there are free oatmeal and snacks provided. There are also pots, pans, basic spices and bakeware.

Living Room - A smart TV with access to the standard streaming platforms. Fireplace is just for show and is not to be used. There are also games provided for some offline entertainment. The sofa can also be configured as a full-size bed.

Bedrooms - Please see the breakdown of the bedrooms below:

Bedroom 1 (Primary) - A large and comfortable king bed is the star and there is an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 & 3 - Both have queen beds as well as a dual purpose alarm clock that can also charge your phone, just ensure your remove your phone case when you place it on top of the alarm clock.

Outdoor Deck - A firepit table is set up on the deck as well as a grill and both are propane powered. Its the best place to get your grill on and enjoy some summer sun.

Parking - The garage can comfortably fit two cars and the driveway can fit a couple more.

We have made our best effort to provide all the items that will make you feel at home, but if there’s anything you find missing or need during your stay, don’t hesitate to message us here through Airbnb.

For your convenience, the property features keyless entry, giving you the flexibility to check in at any time without having to worry about lockboxes or misplacing keys.









We do not allow any parties at the property as the neighborhood is nice and mellow.

This is our home and we kindly ask that you treat it with respect. If you do encounter any problems, we will make our best efforts to take immediate action, however we do not have anyone that lives on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Instant booking for our property will only be available for guests that have a 4.0 rating or above. For guests below that rating, your reservation requests will be reviewed and some additional screening and questions will be asked before the reservation may be confirmed.

Along with this, guests that have no reviews, negative (less than 4.9) reviews, or profiles that are not verified will need to pay a refundable deposit of $300 that will be refunded after check out. It will not be returned only in the event of any missing items or damage that is found after your stay.

While our property is pet friendly, we can only accommodate dogs, no cats are allowed. There is a 2 pet maximum (under 50lbs). We kindly ask that your pets be kept off of the furniture and beds and that you crate your pets if you will be leaving them. Please ensure to take your pets are potty trained and they are taken outside.

We do not provide any pee pads and a fine of $500 may be applied in the event of the following:

- Pets not on reservation/unauthorized reservation
- Pets on beds/furniture
- Accidents (indoors)
- Prevalent pet odor

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in keeping our place accessible for all guests.

Regular pest control is conducted at the property and as a precaution we recommend bringing your own spray.

For any additional guests after 4 there will be an additional fee of $25 per person/per night.

We do have a ring camera doorbell that faces out toward the exterior of the property. It is just in place for the safety of the property.

The fireplace should not be used under any circumstance.

We have placed ice cube trays in the kitchen drawer as the fridge ice maker is not working.
