Beautiful 3 bedroom open concept ranch in a quiet community near Eagle Creek park and minutes away from the Indy 500 race track. The master suite includes a large bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in closet. The other shared full bathroom is conveniently located between two bedrooms. The spacious great room has vaulted ceilings and a built in entertainment center. The eat in kitchen dining area extends into the sunroom which leads to the outside deck. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations this home has to offer!

Very nice home with most things you need for a stressfree stay. Arrival/entry information was provided well in advance and coomunication with manager was very easy/ responsive. Highly recommend!!

It was a little unsettling for our teens that at 11pm, the owner was taking the trash from the backyard out to the street in the front. Then went into the garage later the same night. It scared my grandson who was up to get a drink. Everything in the house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The yard and rose bushes needed trimming. Great location for my daughters wedding. We probably wont need to stay again. Our daughter and her husband just bought a house in the area. Was it convenient that at 6am the owners car alarm went off the day we were to check out? Hmmmm , we thought maybe it was his way of waking us up. We've never stayed at a VRBO that had the owner next door.

We were in town for college graduation. This was a great option for our family -- very large master suite, other nice bedrooms, and incredibly spacious common space (open concept living room, kitchen, dining room, sun room). We were so comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Everything was top-notch and super-clean. Highly recommended.

Very nice large home and area! Little outdated and odd not to have any usb/usb-c/smart plugs for devices/phones anywhere in 2500 square feet especially for 2025. Large garden tub and towel warmer were a treat after long days of driving/spending time with family. Something also not listed in description was that the owner’s car was parked outside in driveway most of our stay. At first we thought it was someone else in driveway but then found out it was the owner’s car. Then we were wondering if they were in the house while we were there and it gave us a slightly unsettled feeling. Not enough to warrant less than 5 stars but be aware if you stay here!

My family of 5 stayed at this property for my in-laws’ 70th wedding anniversary. The house was clean and very spacious. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker and k-cups as well as the soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers! The host was very responsive when I had questions. The location was great too, situated within 15 minutes of other relatives’ homes and restaurants and shopping on Rockville Road.

This property was perfect for our girls’ weekend! So comfortable to hang out and a perfect location close to family and friends in Indy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. Although we didn’t use the laundry facilities it was nice there were some laundry pods if we had wanted to. Showers were nice and appreciated the soap, shampoo, and fluffy towels! Would definitely book this property again.

The property was beautiful.and first impressions were positive. All of the furniture that we used was comfortable. I noticed a coiple of things that the owners may not be aware of. 1) the freezer drawers and the inside lid of the reash can (at the hinge) were not wiped clean. 2)The guest bathroom floor and outside of the tub (near where the door slides open) had long black hair on them. 3) i dropped something behimd the tall dresser in the middle bedroom and noticed that the cleaners have not been wipi g down the walls behind thatndresser. It was full of dust. 4) while packing up i checked under beds and noticed a few thing like paper and a metal tool part in the front 2 bedrooms. Overall, we loved this properry and booked for next year. I just think that if the owener is paying gor a service to be done, it should be cleaned, as paid for.

This is our second time renting this property. Great area, nice neighborhood. Was close to our family we were visiting. House was very clean. Would like to have had a King bed in Master suite but the Queen was ok Couldn’t sit on outside deck as there were no cushions for furniture. You might want to put them out before guests arrive.

Very nice property. Excellent condition. Very clean and the pictures are a true depiction of the home. There was plenty of space and we were able to have our three granddaughters spend the night. It accommodated everyone for our Christmas dinner, of 12 people, very comfortably. Having someone living underneath was a little unsettling and we could hear noises and folks coming in and out through the garage. The house is secure with a deadbolt lock. For apartment dwellers this may be ok but for homeowner we found ourselves stopping in our tracks to check out noises. It was also unseasonably cold in Indy with windchills 35 below zero. The house didn’t heat up past 67 the first two nights. As it warmed outside the home became very pleasant. I would recommend the home to others.

The living area was large and very inviting! With six adults, we had room to spread out - watch TV, play a board game, work on computers. We also appreciated having 2.5 baths. Easy to find, one level, not far from the highway. The pictures don't convey what a bright, comfortable home this is. Recommend!

Beautiful home, excellent location, and fantastic owners. Attended event a weekend event at Lucas Oil Stadium and this home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful from booking to check-out. Would definitely book again.
