Everything. It was a last minute booking and they managed to check me in within 20 mins from the moment I paid. Daniel was very kind and helped me with everything, including taking my suitcase up the stairs. The bed mattress is quite hard in my opinion but I had a good sleep so I am happy with it.

too loud noises from the outside, the bed and we could hear the upstairs neighbors walk.

Really well located and nice and spacious!
Staff were inconsistent. Asked for an iron and extra towel on first day (as we were only provided with one each no hand/hair towel) we’re told as we were part of Nirvana neither were available to us and then two days in were provided with a bath and hand towel each and on asking for a second time for an iron was informed they were kept in what appeared to be locked cupboards inside the building of nirvana. If this had been shared with us on the first day it would not have tainted our stay!

No elevator. We one third floor bummer We unfortunately made a late check out My fault The 2 women were friendly even though we made them late to do their jobs They had much much patience and for that i am thankful
