Location is great, room was conmfortable and well appointed, Its right on the edge of the old town and out of the hustle and bustle and was very clean. Fabulous bathroom, recently renovated, and access to tea making facilities.
There were a lot of stairs and no lift to get in, which they did not warn me about. There is nowhere to safely leave bags. Check in isnt till 2, and while you can leave your bags in the reception area, its not staffed and other people have access to the area. The cleaning staff who was there was grumpy and unhelpful, and refused to let me use the bathroom. Plus, tho reception is meant to be open at 2pm, noone turned up till 2.20pm, and did not aplogise for being late, either.

It was a great location. It was clean and tidy. We were only there for one night. But everything went well.
It was a little hard to find and there was no lift but we knew that beforehand.

OK room with very good bathroom.
Shared kettle and drinks. Very little assistance at check-in to find a nearby place to park the car.
