Great location

Clean, comfortable, nice bathroom, close to everything, responsive staff.

First impressions not good, foyer to building filthy, cigarette butts. Even though this is obviously a common area would recommend cleaning it to provide a better reflection of the accommodation

Luxury & Comfort plus!

My host was exceptional as was the location! Just outside the Palace walls which meant hardly any walking to all attractions & eateries. The room was very generous, armchairs, desk & very well equipped modern bathroom with walk in shower. Spotless house keeping - a freshness that was welcome. Bedding was the ultimate. Would stay again & highly recommend . Fast wifi speed a blessing!

Perfect accommodation for Split

Everything I expect from a room was there – and more. Very spacious, exactly like in the photos, spotless clean and with efficient air conditioning. I loved the blackout shutters, perfect for sleeping in, and the location couldn’t be better: right in the centre of Split. All the small details made the stay extra pleasant: high-quality shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, toothbrush and even slippers. I also really liked the key card system – no hassle with big keys, just a convenient card that fits in your wallet. I never met the host in person, but Petra replied instantly to any message on WhatsApp, even at unusual hours – simply fantastic and very reassuring. A perfect stay, and I would definitely return!

If I really have to mention something: the price is on the higher side, but worth it for the quality you get.

Very comfortable and clean room in a great location.

Clean spacious room with lovely and interesting decor. The room had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable, even included a settee which we appreciated. The apartment was close to the Diocletian Palace and although a bit of a trek from the station was well situated.

Rather than run the air conditioning we opened the window. This was a mistake and the revellers outside were very noisy till 4am. Closing the window helped but inconsiderate noise from the street was disturbing. However, it was a Friday night!

Everything! Location is 10/10, safe, close to everything, for a solo female traveler this is a perfect place to be based in Split. The host, Petra went above and beyond, very kind and attentive. Room super spacious, with everything you need and very clean. Wifi, amazing strong signal. Breakfast, superb!!! Only good things about my stay in Split, thanks Petra and team for such a wonderful experience. Unforgettable :)

Great location, easy contactless experience

Great location, close to old town, lots of restaurants etc. and only 15 minutes from port or buses. Breakfast arrangement with a nearby hotel worked well. Contactless check in and out so never met any staff, but messages received in advance were clear and helpful.

Mattress is starting to sag and will need to be replaced soon. The safe for valuables was tiny and not secured to anything, so could itself be easily stolen.

Petra was very accommodating, we needed to leave our bags as we we re going on a trip before we could check in.

magnificent

1st rate. clean, had more than enough amenities including sleepers and robes. the pillows are so comfortable along with the bed. the shower was fantastic. there was a mini bar with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. the housekeeper who helped us into our room on the early side and watched our luggage which we dropped off was so sweet and accommodating! Host was responsive. very easy in and out, great location. and it was a beautiful room! 5 plus stars.

Practical and well-located rooms

The room is well located, modern, and it has everything you may need. It is self-checkin but the process is smooth and easy. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant is also very good. Recommended!

We didn't have hot water, not sure if needed to turn the heater on or what, but it would've been nice to know that.
