Don’t stay here unless you like being woken up/rushed to leave

Room has a very unpleasant smell, almost like that of a motel. The restroom also smelled bad. Check out is at 12 but the cleaning staff came around knocking twice, around 9am and 10:45am, waking us up. I opened the door the second time to the cleaning lady asking me what time we’d be leaving… check out is at 12. As customers, this makes us feel rushed. It’s only 10:45am. We understand check out is out 12. We shouldn’t have to be woken up out of our sleep.

Great choice for a family who would like to have more space and privacy than a traditional hotel.

It's a good location for a family stay if you want to be on this side of Los Angeles. The housing is very clean, private and the area feels safe. We were there for a family gathering and visited the nearby botanical gardens, which were awesome.

If you arrive at night, the parking might be full, so it means a slightly longer walk, but this was only an issue the first night - the good news is it felt safe. Otherwise, our stay went well, and the staff was always willing to assist if needed.

Excellent location and spacious suites!

Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.

No real criticisms, but the bathrooms were small and didn't have very many hangers. This isn't a major issue since the rest of the suite is so spacious, but it could be a little difficult if you need some privacy to shower and change.

The room celling had many bugs and web all over the place. There were insects and spiders crawling which scared the kids and the family. They couldn't sleep well and I have to move in between the stay to a different place. In addition, the dust in the carpet also resulted in constant cough during the evening.

Nothing Didn’t have breakfast

A/c was so loud l didn’t sleep sound. It was so loud it sounded like a warehouse unit. It sounded like l was sleeping in the ducting. It took a minimum of 20 minutes to open my room(#1012) because the entry mechanism would not allow me entry.
