Day one started out bad. It only got better from there.

The room and bed were very comfortable. I loved your pillows. The room was cleaned each day, we had enough towels every day. Overall, the location and services were good.

I didn't like getting the first morning to a shower that only gave us lukewarm water. We complained, the staff made canned excuses. We did get hot water the next day. Another guest said he didn't have hot water either. That is an expectation when booking. If there were two rooms without hot water, I think there were probably more. With the prices we paid we didn't expect that.

Great hotel, convenient location

Great hotel. It's right off the freeway so it's easily accessible. Always love the warm cookies and Starbucks is in the same parking lots so you can easily pick up an AM coffee.

The room was really clean. The bed was comfortable. Though the room suggested that they would give us a queen bed it looked like a double size. This has a starbucks right outside the building which was very convenient. They have ample free parking .

Breakfast was good but they had same varieties everyday. Could get busy in the weekends and felt like they were understaffed in the dining area.

Booked multiple rooms and the venue for a weeding occasion. The staff was very helpful, the hotel is clean, facilities are good. The only one caveat, some of the queen beds in the rooms are uncomfortable and saggy. The coordinator for the venue Dona was super excellent. the staff at the reception were great as well. I am an honor member at Hilton

Jacuzzi was out of order, pool says heated it was cold, room was very humid air conditioning kept shutting off, tried calling front desk several times every extension was a busy signal 😡

Air conditioner did not work, the room was hot, and when we tried to get it cooled off, it made grinding noises. I called the front desk at 2 o’clock in the morning and they told me to turn it off at the machine. Which did not work. And then the room was even hotter. And there was no body wash.
