Nice free breakfast. The bed mattress felt very nice, I think it was new. The staff was very accommodating.
The room upstairs was noisy. It’s wood floor so I could hear the kids jumping around.

At the fist day, the staff is very bad. However, on the next day, after we compalin with the manager, the manager provides us timely and good solution. overall, it is good.

Exceptional service from front desk when we arrived early. She got us the room location we wanted even though we only stayed one night.
Room 408 had problems that we had not encountered in your rooms before. The mattress was uncomfortable. It was too squishy & soft. Also, the room air conditioner was really bad. It was loud and the temperature was impossible to control. We wound up turning it off at midnight, then we over-heated.
