Great stay but very high pet fee!

Great location right off the 5 for a road trip. Very spacious rooms with a very large couch/pull-out. Lots of nice green grass around the property for pets. Nice and quiet for a great night's sleep!

There was no hand soap in the bathroom nor at the kitchen area sink. The pet fee was $125 per night!!! I only paid $129 for the room, so I think this amount for a pet fee is very excessive.

Staff were very understanding and helpful. We left the day after we got there and they gave us a full refund because of the issues which was great.

The shower was broken, spraying everywhere, and little to no water pressure. The sink drain also was blocked so water was not going down. There was hair and particles on the bed (like they were not washed just remade) and when we lifted the sheets on one of the beds there was someone’s old bandaid stuck to it. There was also blood on the floor and on the bathroom door.

Did not like our initial room. The room smelled like someone smoked in the room and the shower head was not working properly because there was not enough water pressure that we couldn't take a shower. Fortunately, I told the staff about it with a video of the shower head and moved to us to a better room.

Good enough - but I’d prefer somewhere less expensive for that quality.

Loved the blackout curtains in the room. Liked how big the room was - and the location. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming.

The shower was dirty - we didn’t even use it because I didn’t feel comfortable. The bed was below average - the pillows would go flat the second your head touched them. The couch in the room had stains on it.

I don’t eat meat so happy with eggs and yogurt options. And the fresh fruit was terrific; when I could get some, ha , ha.

I didn’t like that some folks would arrive early and grab half the fresh fruit and most of the bananas to take with them. They didn’t even eat there, and I saw some folks take them upstairs. Oh well.

One of the, if not the best, places we have ever stayed!

All the staff was awesome! We had called months in advance and Adrian was super helpful in finding a local bakery for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were able to have everything setup with the bakery so the day we needed it, the cake was ready. The hotel staff kept the cake safe in their freezer till we needed it and even allowed us to celebrate in the lobby, providing us plates, a knife, a serving knife and forks. Everything we asked about something, they attended to it right away!! Super awesome place to stay…. Thank you!!

I didn't like the staff attitude (Lucy) she gave my room key to strangers. I walked in to my room one night and strangers were getting inside my room. I reported to them and they didn't do anything. I even had to call the police because I didn't feel safe.
