We stay here at least once a year. The location is perfect for what we need.

The rooms were very big with comfy beds. Breakfast was amazing! Staff was really cordial and check in was quick and easy

We had such an awesome, relaxing fun stay!

Camilla, Sophea and the whole front office staff are very accommodating and professional. Our son is autistic and they gave him so much attention and love. Clara and the whole lounge staff were so warm and friendly! The open atrium is so relaxing! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Expensive for what we got

The location was good.

I had to pay for parking and our rooms temperature was controlled by the staff. I froze the 1st night. Also, only 1 side of the hotels elevators were working. This made for a very slow process of getting where we needed to be.

The staff were nice but the dirty shower was too much! I will not stay at this property again.

The shower was so dirty with black marks and hair that I immediately reported this issue to the manager, with pictures as proof. Had I notice the filthy shower the prior evening would have requested to be moved to another room. I only stayed one night which was long enough! As a diamond member I have never experienced this misfortune in any Hilton property and hope this never happens again to any future customers.

I was disappointed.

Good location

Elevators weren’t all working (first day 2 of the 4 worked, then 3 of the 4 worked on subsequent days). We were told that it is usual to have only 2 elevators working. Having to pay for parking… one of the few, if not the only, places that have a parking fee. The AC didn’t do any cooling off of the room. Thankfully, we could open the doors and cool the room down.

Lighting in the room was dark. One TV worked but had a dark blue screen. Someone came to look at it but said they'd have to swap it out the next day. That didn't happen. The furniture had stains, there was old food in the fridge when we checked in. Only 2 out of 4 elevators were working with a full capacity hotel. Several kids there fir soccer tournaments and a band. Had to wait ling periods for an elevator.

The room was not ready for 4pm checking. At 4, I was told it would be ready in a couple of minutes. It was well over another hour. We needed to get ready for an event and were unable to. Also, for a very busy hotel at what seemed full or near full capacity, there were only 2 of the 4 elevators working. The staff ended up giving some off the room but thus was really an inconvenience. The rooms are dark, old and could use some upgrades. Furniture had stains.

Got a room right by the AC condensers and could not sleep at all. Nobody should stay have to stay in rooms right outside from gigantic industrial size AC condensers. Room was old and outdated—hotel definitely in need of a refresh.

Beautiful room and great stay, but disappointing parking

I really liked the stylish interior of the hotel. The room was spacious and beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering an amazing view. I enjoyed a stunning sunset and sunrise right from my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the blackout curtains made for a perfect sleep, and it was very quiet with no extra noise. Overall, everything about the room was wonderful. The pool with a jacuzzi was a great place to relax, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

There were some issues with the internet — sometimes the password just didn’t work, although it was manageable. What really frustrated me was the parking situation. First, it costs $15, which is already not cheap. Then, when I tried to leave, my card didn’t work at the gate. I went back to the receptionist, she reset it, but again it failed when I tried to exit. Since I was in a rush, I had to pay an extra $12 to get out, on top of the $15 I had already paid. That was very upsetting.

Breakfast is fantastic. Best part of our stay. Clean rooms but most charging plugs not work in room like in the lamps. Sometimes hotel internet not connect.

Paying to park. Other hotels in area not charge to park. Free drinks coupons only work from 5:30 to 7. We missed most happy hours because we got back at 7:45.
