I may stay there again, but i would definitely ask for a different room.

The lobby and bistro/bar where very nice and the staff was very accommodating.

The room was typical for a hotel, but the furniture arraingment was poor. Very restricted access to one side of the bed, maybe 18 inches wide with a hard wood fixed table end protruding into the walk space. Surprised if they had not received complaints as it was very awkward to get past, especially at night. The bathroom had poor quality detail with sloppy workmanship. Generally find Courtyard properties much better taken care of. Lastly, room service is only provided every other day.

Very disappointed. Marriott has definitely gone down hill over the years.

The room had greasy stains on the wall. Not well kept rooms for $150 per night. Staff was rude and uninformed. I was charged an extra $70 and I got different explanations depending on who I talked with. One woman slamed a door in my face after asking why I was charged extra.

There was no pool or hot tub liked advertised on Booking.com very disappointing as I would have liked to use it before and after treatment. Please update your site. Staff stated the pool and hot tub was removed in 2017.

We booked the hotel because there was a shuttle bus to Pickathon Music Festival. When we arrived we were told the shuttle wasn’t running this year. We had already bought the shuttle pass and were unable to use it. It was also a big reason why we chose this hotel.

Bed was very comfortable! I also liked that a small light and tv was on upon entering room. It seemed welcoming.

I’m not please by the extra charge

Clean and quiet

The sofa bed when pulled out had a sticking out portion of the furniture snd I hit my shin bone against it in the dark. Snd im being charged $24 57 extra and we did not use nor for extras while there. I called my booking company and they did not charge it. The charge on my bank shows it wad done by Couryard; your representative is denying charging me for extras. I’m calling PayPal and my bank to deny payment.

Fine hotel, a little overpriced.

We like the location.

Housekeeping was knocking on doors (including ours) and loudly saying “housekeeping” at 8:00am. Check out is not until noon and we would have enjoyed a little more peace and quiet until closer to checkout. Also, when you turn the doorknob to leave, the deadbolt engages and if you aren’t careful to double check, it prevents the door from fully closing.

Location

We had an issue with the toilet in our room it wasn’t flushing properly. I let the front desk know and they said the manager went and checked and it was flushing which it semi flushed but nothing went down all the way so by the time we left after 2 days our toilet was like an outhouse toilet. When I asked for some kind of compensation they said because I booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything for me. We’ve stayed there for the last 10 years for our girls Christmas shopping trip but won’t stay there again.

Our stay was good due to the staff accommodating us the best they could and being very friendly.

The motel staff was excellent, the motel was excellent. They were accommodating and understanding.

Booking.com add was incorrect, it stated it had and showed a picture of a swimming pool, there is no swimming pool. This was the main reason we picked this motel as we were in Portland to visit quite a few family members. We all dressed for the pool, 2 kids included, and went looking for the pool that didn't exist. The motel room said it had a room with one king and one queen bed with a hide a bed, this also was inaccurate. There were no king rooms left, we ended up with two queens and the motel gave us a queen suite because the room booking reserved was too small. The motel also reported not being able to give us a king room if they had one due to paying through a third party. It was very agrivating. The motel staff said that they have a lot of guests who complain about the same misinformation and are usually pissed at the motel. Clearly Booking doesn't have correct information. I will not be using Booking again. We paid a lot for the two things we wanted and got neither.

We would definitely book here again, quiet, spacious and comfortable

The hotel was pretty booked but we didn’t hear ANYONE. The rooms are well insulated and the doors don’t slam shut like most hotel doors. Breakfast smelled great as we checked out. The beds are a tad too firm for me personally but better than most.

The bathroom shower/toilet area didn’t have a fan so it got extremely hot in there and the shower needed a better scrub down.

Okay, but not sure it was worth the price

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice lounge area and gym. There is ample parking in the front and back of the building, with entrances on both sides. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

The room did not include a safe, which is something all hotels should have, especially a Marriott. Breakfast was NOT included and overpriced. The air conditioning was loud.

it was an OK stay but I was not happy about the room accommodation

I like the location and I liked the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere of the property. My sister and I have stayed there before so we stayed there again.

I didn’t like the fact that I had booked with booking.com for a king room with a sofa bed and was told at the desk that that was incorrect when I had proof of it on my phone and I showed it to the front desk and she said that’s not my fault and she would not help me. I did not order a king size room. I ordered a king with a pull out couch and was told it was my booking agents problem not hers.
