When we checked in at six o'clock we were given a dirty room with an unmade bed and stacks of dirty towels on the bathroom floor. There were bags off takeout food containers and waste stacked on the floor with dirty sheets. There were no chairs in the room to sit on. I had reserved and paid for a king bed and the bed in the room was a queen.
