It was dirty and very out dated- shower had gross yuk around edges, carpeting smells- the lady that checked us in and out (same person) was simply rude and not very nice-

The elevator was broken and I was on the 2nd floor with heavy bags. No offer to help either the bags. I am 85 and not happy. Apparently elevator was out for some time.

Not much! Coffee was good.
It was dirty. Found rubber glove on the floor. The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be shut all the way. The sheets felt very rough. When we got there at 12:30 am the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t check us in because the system was down. I had previously talked to a different employee and she told me about the system being down and to mention that room 107 would be ready for us when we got there and to worry because she would pass the info on to the next employee.

The staff were really friendly and the location.
It was dirty! The hallway carpets are full of stains. Our first room smelled of cigarettes and mildew. We asked to change rooms. The new room was dusty and needed a deep cleaning.
The elevators weren’t working the entire stay, so we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs with our luggage.

The location was good in relation to our tournament.
During my stay, the key system was down, meaning staff had to physically let us into our room every time we left and returned. This would have been a minor inconvenience—if we had been told in advance. Instead, we only found out at check-in. Other members of our group were notified early and had the chance to change hotels. We weren’t given that option.
At check-in, I was assured we’d receive a discount for the inconvenience. That never happened. I’m still waiting for my partial refund.
The property itself was dirty and run-down, with the overall feel of a place where high school parties might be held—not somewhere you’d expect professional standards.
I voiced my concerns to Nadja, the guest relations manager, who showed no interest in resolving the issues and simply said she hoped we’d stay again. That will not happen.
Poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and zero accountability. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We were not notified ahead of time, that the elevator was out and they were not able to print key cards. Our room was located on the third floor, the poor staff member had to let each person into their rooms, and the air conditioning was not on when we arrived in our room and the room was very stuff. The staff person said it had been that way for 2-3 weeks.

Breakfast was pretty good.
Problems with breakfast - the hot food was empty at 9:00 for over 10 minutes, and the breakfast area was small and not the best layout. It was difficult to get around.
The room was pretty dusty, it smelled, had old carpet with rips, and the TV didn't work at first because it was unplugged from itself (the cord was plugged into the outlet) ??? Definitely needs some updates.
Also, the toilet was very short and difficult to get off of!

Location. Everything else was awful!
Rude front desk, no extra towels, dirty/stained carpet in hallway, bathroom fan broken, empty toilet paper, apple juice not working, food was empty for a long time, no juice glasses, small breakfast area, bed was uncomfortable, everything needs updated. No meat was served at breakfast, front desk person was very rude! Would not give us extra towels and was rude about it. He was outside when we asked him and just stood there arguing with us. I went inside and the phone was ringing off the hook. I finally went out and told him the phone was ringing. When we tried to book with the hotel directly the website didn’t work & no one answered the phone. We told everyone we saw at the baseball tournament to NEVER stay there!! Some one else found a pill on the floor of their room when they checked in and the room was dirty. And why was the pool closed??? This hotel is awful!!!! Don’t ever stay here!!!

It was clean in comfort
Pay all this money in the pool was out of order. The staff had attitude the whole weekend we were there. They will charge you 250 dollars if you have any children’s making noise no matter if they are disabled I wouldn’t stay there again

Close to restaurants and our planned activities. Beds were comfortable, clean. The room smelled clean and wasn’t overtly dirty (bathroom could use a deep clean along the corners but overall wasn’t dirty). Management was one of the nicest I’ve experienced at a hotel, we had an issue with the floor we were on and she quickly moved our room for us. Pool was open and fair, my kids enjoyed it.
While the hotel is a non-smoking hotel and I was told guests smoking would be fined, the hallways smelled of smoke. The 3rd floor reeked of pot and cigarette smoke, which is why we asked to be moved. It was disgusting. The 2nd floor smelled much better and you didn’t feel like you were walking through 2nd hand smoke, but there was nothing clean smelling about the halls. (The rooms themselves were a nice reprieve from the halls and smelled great. I am super sensitive to scents and smoke gives me a migraine so I was pleased to find the rooms and bedding smelled clean)

The rooms smelled too much like smoke. I didn't have shampoo and didn't realize it until I was in the shower. Very little conditioner left. Older facility and it showed.

The owner needs to do some upkeep on the rooms. Our bathroom light flickered. The rooms in general have terrible lighting. For the price, the room should have been nicer.
