We used this hotel just for sleeping and relaxing at the end of the day.

Room was clean and appreciated. We requested some bars in the bathroom for safety and able to accommodate. Quiet room location requested and granted. All staff we had questions for were very helpful.

Walk in shower always better than stepping into a bathtub. I could not open the door to exit once. Scared me. My husband in the hall used room key to open. TV channels REALLY restricted. Even some listed were not available. Bagel breakfast did not appeal to both of us. We went out to eat. Bed mattress seemed very old, too soft and somewhat lumpy.

The room was outside the main hotel by the back door. All you heard was people running in and out. Some patrons were even fighting outside the window. The door to the room.was installed crooked and you could put your finger threw it. The esthetics of the room were falling off. The hotel was built too quick and it appears no one checked it before opening

The beds were so comfortable. Our room was very quiet. We were there for a softball tournament.

We would have enjoyed some hot choices. But what was available sufficed.

We had asked to have 4 extra bath towels in our room. They weren't there. But the front desk did give them to us when we called about them.

Left before breakfast at 4 AM to beat the traffic. Thats about it, this location is a very poor excuse of the Hilton brand.

Well, the big naked black man on the bed in the first room issued was all we really need to see. Desk clerk said "he's not suppose to be in there". So, evidently he got in there some way and they knew him.

Nice, simple breakfast. Coffee, Juice, Bagel, Fruit, Muffins and Yogurt. It was good! Comfortable bed, very clean, loved the skin care products!! Staff was superb!

The pool was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. It worked and provided what we needed.

The hot tub was under maintenance. There were a lot of repairs started that never got finished. The carpets were sandy and needed a good vacuuming especially in corners and edges. In The bathroom you could not use the toilet and shut the door your knees hit the door !! And the sink was not in the bathroom you had to go outside of it. Weird and awkward plus if you were standing at the sink no one could get past you.

Furniture was not cleaned...very dusty. A bulk of black hair in the bathroom when we arrived and it stayed there until checked out. Jacuzzi stopped working and pool water was dirty. Carpeting is dirty through the whole hotel

Wonderful breakfast!!! Location was great too. The only thing i didn't care for was the motion sensor lights. When got up to use the bathroom ALL the lights came on. Hallway, over the sink, bathroom and the heat lamp. Irritating.
