We stay here every visit to PS, it’s a great safe options for families with kids

Staff members were awesome and welcoming over holiday weekend.

It was a little crowded and the gas station next door was “meh” and a little disappointing as a convenient option for things, but you can avoid it.

Our Room#101 Was Next To The Exit Door To The Parking Lot...Pretty Loud When Closing...Bathroom Door Squeaked When Opening And Was Out Of Adjustment and Should Open and Close Easier( I Informed Staff About This).....Black Out Shades Would Be Nice.....Certainly Not A $200 A Night Room Which Is What I Paid....I Will Check Out Rewards Program and See If Discounts A Offered If Not I'll Look At Other Options...

For an included breakfast, it was good and offered a good range of options of pretty good quality There is a small strip mall 50 feet away with 3 decent restaurants. It is quiet and had a heated pool.

We were sad to see the usage of disposable cups, plates, cutlery rather than real crockery. There was no recycling. It is so bad for the environment.

Easy to access. Great staff. Very nice room with facilities that worked and space. Pool and Spa. Clean fresh towels. The Hotel was kept clean inside and out. Very nice breakfast.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the pool area was charming. Great place to relax at the end of an evening, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Room was very comfortable. There was a nice rotating breakfast buffet each morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Great Location and Ultra Clean Rooms with Friendly Staff

The breakfast was nice and hot. I say that because surprisingly the scrambled eggs were hot on Saturday and the egg and cheese omelet was hot on Sunday. Nice selection of breakfast items, fruit, yogurts, sausage, oatmeal, and make-your-own waffles. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable, except the bed was a little to firm for my taste.

The bed was a little too firm for my taste. However, my husband found the bed comfortable.

Wonderful experience except for front desk at checkout.

·We've loved staying at this hotel since it was Holiday Inn Express. It is now even nicer w all the remodeling that has been done. So comfy and clean. We love that our rooms alway have a microwave fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast is a plus.

I was very dissatisfied and actually felt disrespected by the treatment from front desk. I asked if I could have a late check out. The woman at the desk was talking to a coworker and made me wait until the conversation was done before she looked at me and asked, could I help you? I explained that I would like late check out and she said 12 o'clock. I explained that my husband was at a golf tournament and would have to leave before the game was over so I would appreciate if a later check out could be offered. She said a lot of people are checking out and my girls will get behind so 12 o'clock, she never greeted me or apologized in anyway she was just very unprofessional which kind of took away from our appreciation for our stay. We've always felt so comfortable and welcomed and I understand that sometimes accommodations cannot be met but it was the way I was treated that was so offensive.

Great place that’s convenient to all the desert has to offer.

Very clean hotel and comfortable room. The beds were amazing. Nice little gym that worked great for an post-breakfast workout. The pool looked inviting but I didn’t make it. Good location!

Front desk person named Rose was so rude. And the older woman working the breakfast area need hospitality classes.

Been visiting since it was a Holiday Inn. Always look forward to coffee at breakfast.

Location good. Close to movie theater and Hwy 111/ Rancho Mirage. Casa Blanca Mex Restaurant on Palm Date is also good. Desk staff Dawn is very nice. Breakfast is good too. Plenty of food and hot. Could use someone making pancakes though, and bacon. Sausage has very little to no sausage flavor.

Pool area needs more tables with umbrellas, chairs and lounge chairs. Movable umbrellas would be great since the sun moves all day and there is no shade in pool area without an umbrella. The spring on the pool fence gate could use tweaking so it doesn't slam every time someone opens it. Should people be allowed to play music? Probably not.
