Beds lacked support

The room was comfortable. The room was a good size. Staff was nice. Good breakfast.

Tub / shower needs to be replaced with a new shower, no tub water damage in the bathroom on the ceiling, down the bathroom wall. Killed a small cockroach but didn't see anymore after that.

Loved the breakfast!

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the walls and door and a line of baby ants on the sink although no food was left out or eaten in the room. There were 4 of us staying in the room and there were only 3 sets of towels when we arrived and housekeeping kept stocking with 3 sets of towels even though we informed them that we had 4 people in our room.

Definitely great value for our money!

The front desk lady assigned the evening shift (Zahkira? Not sure of her name. African American) went over and beyond helping us when we requested for a change in one of our rooms. Very nice, helpful, pleasant to deal with in her quiet way. The housekeeping staff were also very polite. Breakfasts were plentiful and a lot selection to choose from. With to go bags and containers at that! No complaints during our 5 day stay! Every day was a great experience!

A little refurbishing of the hallway carpets would be nice ☺️

It was a great for accommodating larger families and groups. It was priced adequately.

The room was a great size and was wonderful for our family of five. We loved that the room had a refrigerator, microwave, Coffee machine, and wet bar. We also loved the free breakfast, gym, and pool area.

However the carpet was worn and the floor dipped in several locations. My son's foot became stuck in what felt like a joist over by the pull out couch. The hallway smelled like urine outside of our room. The room was very dark. Lighting could be improved. There is only one elevator and it is small and slow. It was very hot in the room. The air conditioner by the window had to be turned down to 61 in order to cool the room. The window view was blocked by the outdoor awning. The breakfast area needs improvement. The drapes had gum stuck to them. The lamp was broken. The hotel needs updated and refreshed.

Exceptional One-Night Stay!!

I was attending a one-night event, and this was in a great location for me to stay. Beautiful building, warm & welcoming exterior. Night clerk ladies that checked me in, and day clerk gentleman who checked me out, were all very friendly. I stayed in a king suite. Spacious room with a microwave, coffeemaker and mini fridge available. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable… I didn’t want to leave. I did not do breakfast, so unsure as to the selections offered. I would absolute stay here again!!!

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the turkey sausage. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable.

The bacon was overly cooked, too hard and dry. There were several loose tiles in the bathroom that rocked when stepped on.

Best bang for your buck!

The hotel was very accommodating. We were traveling as a group and they kindly supplied us with additional towels upon request. I had also booked online and forgot to request a handicap accessible room. I called in the last minute to request it. Upon arrival they said , "Oh yes, we have that room ready for you." Exceptional customer service. Breakfast was delicious!

The property is a little old. However I saw staff working to make repairs. There is only one little elevator. The TV in the room is very small.

Sadly on Saturday all the biscuits were burned the egg and cheese omelets were not very warm. The breakfast was lacking love... The location of the hotel remains safe, quiet and excellent for our purposes. Note: At the end of sidewalk one can find the Old Settlers Cemetery a lovely resting place of early Pearland including six Civil War Veterans. May they all rest in peace.

Room 220 was just let down for us. Worn with broken tiles, drawers hanging out, desktop lamp not working shower head needed to be repaired. Just not the standard we expected for the money OR for returning customers!!

I was in a handicapped room. It was #238, the only one I saw on the 2nd floor. Upon exiting the elevator, it was the last one down the hall, around the corner, and down the end of that hall on the right. Handicapped room…handicapped. One other thing: I’m deaf. There were no flashing lights inside the room in case of an emergency for a deaf person. Many places have doorbells outside the room where a light will flash in the room, and we know someone is at the door. A room where a deaf person and our safety have been considered is greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time and hopefully taking some of these things into consideration.

The toilet seat was made of plastic and was not comfortable. The food tasted rotten and as it turned out the refrigerator was not set to the correct temperature. The boiled eggs and yogurt made my wife sick.
