Close to the airport

Even though I booked 2 rooms far in advance, they did not give them next to each other instead on 2 different floors. The bed was not too comfortable and only queen sized.

The room has a kitchen too. They offer airport shuttles. We reached around midnight and could get a ride by calling the hotel.

Staff trying to be helpful and respectful and responsively active.

Bed sheets and towel cleanness’s was extremely bad. Most of it were worn out and tattered.

They advertised having a baby cot available, but then told us they don’t have one. The worst part was that they refused to cancel the booking, or even change the dates for us. They don’t allow any changes at all, even if the fault is on their end, which it was. They made a mistake and refused to fix it. Very poor customer service.

The hotel was very clean and served our purpose. We will stay again if we are in the area. Loved the airport shuttle.

It smelled like badly cooked food in the hallways. Garbage had been left in the trash can. There was no comfortable waiting spot if you had to arrive before 4:00pm. Unless you paid extra for early check in.

The location and free shuttle to the airport

They only accept deposit from “approved” banks which they dont list before and they dont accept cash deposit. 2 hours later checkout - 45$. You cannot leave suitcases at reception (and if you ask they will look at you as complete idiot). The staff on reception are people who are not willing to help, sometimes with bad english. Sometimes they just read instuctions - not willing to do any compromise. Put there a computer - it will do the job better. The shuttle is good but I was not able to call the hotel via a phone to book it - maybe it was because I have an European number. Which is not an excuse when you are situated as a hotel close to international airport. Also when I told them that its not possible to reach them and if there is another option and I have got only first copy-pasted message with the same number. Someone on reception just did not understand or did not want to help me. In general, try to look for other options.

Central location with good shuttle service. The room is spacious and clean, but dated. Good facilities.

The food and drink available for purchase in the lobby is price gouging at its finest. A bottle of water for $7 is extremely unnecessary, Pepsi was $9. I get you’re paying for convenience but it was shocking.

I stayed here for one night before my flight and this hotel was affordable and had everything you can possibly need. The kitchenette was handy and there was coffee machine, microwave, and large fridge. There are not a lot of restaurants nearby but the lobby has a little store with some food options. I was also able to get an Uber delivery very quickly. The rooms are really clean and big and the staff were very pleasant. Also it was great to have a free shuttle service to and from the airport. I would stay here again

Nothing! Absolutely disgusting.

There's just too much. If I could have rated it zero, I would have. The room was freezing I turned on the radiator, and the smoke detector went off. We had to deal with the stench of smoke, which luckily masked the putrid stench of the carpet. Broken fixtures. There was no toilet paper or paper of any kind. There's too much... I'm itching as I type this message. The picture below is of the maintenance person attempting to fix our radiator.

Our rooms shower was terrible. Ran more like a bath then shower since pull pin was broke. Was completely out of conditioner. Also put in a request told me I could I would have to be there at check-in to get it. Left our event to checkin and was told there was no rooms to meet my request yet I was there to check in right at check-in time. Also $150 deposit is hefty for all the issues we had then told 10-14 days to get back.

Proximity to the airport Shuttle Service Both very convenient for a business trip

I made a mistake on my Booking.com reservation and placed a reservation for a month after my arrival date. While the mistake was mine, the staff wasn't very cooperative and charged me $150 for a room that was double the price I had paid on Booking. I think a more customer-oriented service and a little goodwill could have helped me a little. However, I'm left with the feeling that they took advantage of the situation, given that it was late at night and I didn't have many alternatives.

Perfect! Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Clean and comfortable with a great welcome (Mo) and a fantastic shuttle.

Well located, great room, top staff. Handy to the airport

The location is ideal for spending a night before catching an early flight the following morning. The room was more like a studio flat, equipped with a kitchen, microwave, and a (rather noisy) refrigerator. The bathroom décor and appliances were old but functional. Snacks are available for purchase at reception downstairs.

The lift was filthy, with a lingering smell of marijuana. Overall, the place felt old and depressing.

The location was great and got us right on site of O'Hare, offering a place for us to keep our car parked for the length of our trip, and a very competitive price relative to neighboring parking lots, as well as a shuttle to take us to the airport, and retrieve us upon our return. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite being so close to the airport, we could barely hear the traffic outside.

Our only real problem was in the morning regarding the shuttle. We had an early flight, and as recommended by the night desk person, we got up early and arrived in the lobby with what should have been plenty of time for a shuttle service that runs every 5 - 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the first shuttle to come was basically full, and we had to wait longer for another shuttle. Come to find out, the desk worker in the morning had not informed the shuttle company of how many people were waiting, meaning no shuttles that could handle the volume were appropriately dispatched. Myself and another couple both basically raced through the airport when we finally got there because of this huge delay, after having done everything we were told to do the previous day by the night desk attendant.

It was clean and very safe.

The excellent customer service, spacious rooms, full kitchen, cleanliness, comfortable bed, bus stop in 1 minutes walk.

While booking this hotel l had concerns about the noise from airport which is close to hotel. It turned out that the fridge and the AC had to be the main concern for the noise.😉 We tried 3 different rooms - thanks to excellent customer service 👍 - it didn't work out.

Hallway and room had a bad smell

I'm thankful that's on a short notice the hotel staff booked a room for me and agreed to send the shuttle for me to take me from the airport to the hotel. The room was very clean and tidied up. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle did not come after 45 minutes and 3 phone calls, and being very tired from 12-hour flights, I took Uber to the hotel. The room air conditioning unit was just a bit noisy.

It was clean and the staff was attentive ,the atmosphere was very soothing. After a long week of hustle and bustle, I needed a quiet place to relax and recharge. Great place to do that.
