The room was pretty much clean

None of the rooms have working televisions and they will not let you go to a room with a working television. I spoke with one of the workers there who said maybe only three TVs work out of the whole building. When you're booking online it does not say that there's no working television and sometimes no internet. Online and also has pictures of microwaves and refrigerators which is totally not true. When I asked a worker why do they have bait and switch advertising I was told well we've been trying to change it but I don't believe them at all because it has been there for a very long time. When you ask about the working TVs they point you to a note on the door that says there's a chance that your room won't have working items and you cannot change your room. But it does not say that when you're booking the room this is total bait and switch. Please be very very careful

No hangers in the room and no microwave.

The price

The location of the property was great. The set up was good.

The floors were dirty and trashy like it never gets swept! Also, it had drug paraphernalia bags laying around. The mini fridge didn’t getting cold and wasn’t stable. And the killer part, there were no microwaves. The sheets n towels had other people hairs on it.

I got my clothes and stuff STOLEN from my room by a room keeper named Melisa DURING my stay, I left to see some friends and came back to my room just to find everything that I have unpacked to be gone. Saddest thing is that the days I was staying over there were extremely windy and cold. She took my two sweaters jeans shirts toiletries and used socks + underwear. I had to be in the cold with no warm clothes. I addressed this with the person up front, she showed frustration with the person named MELISA and said she’s been told multiple times to ‘bring found items to the front’ (but from what I understood she doesn’t) and after ‘checking the cameras’ she told me she can not do anything because in the camera footage she’s just carrying everything in bags on her cleaning cart. They said they feel really bad and that they are going to make up for it, fix the situation and refund me since I still decided to stay there for one more night. This is the following week, manager named Jorge Murillo refused to talk to me today, just said he is going to give me a call back, which never happened. P.S. not a single tv worked in 3 rooms I was staying, only one heater and only one shower had working air/water pressure and rooms do not have fridges / microwaves and staff steals used clothes like vermin.

Very close to convention center and easy to get into and out of. Walking to food was easy

The tv didn’t work and there was no intention to repair it. There was a hole in the tub. No effort made to restock towels or toilet tissue. Bed was awful.
