Everything here was good. It was close to airport. Had parking for us. Very clean and staff friendly.

My connecting flight from Chicago to Tokyo was delayed due to bad weather and was ultimately unable to depart. We ended up sitting on the plane for about six hours before the airline eventually cancelled the flight and rescheduled it for March 12. As a result, I had an unexpected extended layover in Chicago of about 43 hours. At around 3:00 a.m., I managed to book a room at Comfort Suites Chicago O’Hare Airport and took a cab there, as the hotel is just a stone throw away from the airport. When I arrived, the receptionist on the night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was extremely kind and helpful. She could see that I had been traveling for a long time without rest and that there were no food options available nearby at that hour. She thoughtfully offered to let me have a free breakfast from the hotel starting at 6:00 a.m., and after breakfast she also managed to arrange a room for me much earlier than the normal check-in time. I would like to thank Comfort Suites for the exceptional hospitality, and especially the receptionist for her thoughtfulness and compassion when she noticed that a guest was clearly exhausted and in distress. Her kindness was truly appreciated.
