Yes, the hotel is pretty old, but room, staff, and breakfast are gorgeous. The only thing is parking lot is $20/night which is unbelievable, wondering why outside parking lot is highly costly for customer and it is supposed to be free, I didn’t pay for suburbs’ hotels outside lot in my entire life, just the room and the rest of the amenities are included, unless something listed and pricing ( optional). Older property yet well maintained. It felt clean and safe. Room was dated in decor, but it had a comfy bed and the staff was nice. Plus, the restaurant (Pizzeria Uno) had pretty good bar food, comparable to the standalone places. Just needs some new interior decorating, but wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Room was very clean...I wiped around a few areas with some wipes and picked nothing. I like the remote in the plastic baggie... Breakfast was sufficient...I liked the infused water in the lobby. Shuttle drivers were cautious...moerning driver kept us in prayer for journey mercies. Only the hallways carpet is not inviting.

I love the Comfort Inn and frequent this location often, Uno’s pizzeria in the building is also a big plus. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The few times I had breakfast it was tasty, my only complaint would be the let out sofa. Please replace the sofa’s they are very outdated. I sat down on the sofa and it almost swallowed me up,

Nothing fancy, but it fills all the squares very well- very clean, quiet, comfortable room with all necessities. Polite, responsive staff. Attached Uno Pizzeria serves free breakfast (meh). DEDICATED airport shuttle service that has Terminal 5 service. Only negative is $18/night parking.
