The staff were very kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the airport shuttle was very convenient

Nice staff, rooms were great and clean dont let the outside fool you. Nice to have a shuttle but far from everything else if you’re planning on exploring chicago for a day.
There was no continental breakfast or gym.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Info on Expedia said breakfast is provided but it was not.

Willie at the front desk was so helpful! I was dealing with a stressful travel situation and the room initially booked was unavailable, but he was able to figure out a solution. Hotel was close to the airport and so thankful they have an airport shuttle!
